Our favorite Scot is back! It sure is a treat watching you do your magic, my friend. It looks like that poor paint stripper worked some major overtime getting those poor panels deglazed of all that paint. It’s hard to believe it took you such a long time to get them back to bare plastic. This project sure was a handful, but I’m glad you got it all completed to perfection. I think what is so impressive is not only your skills, but the range of skills. There doesn't seem to be anything you can't do to an incredible standard (apart from the seat upholstery, but I bet you could if you wanted to!). Absolutely marvellous and to bring this bike back to showroom - or better - condition is a treat to watch.

The VFR looked stunning in the 90’s when I ride sports bikes (as everyone did) and it still looks great now. Design hadn’t dated at all. Superb restoration and attention to detail is second to none as always.

@@RRCRestoration Same in Sweden.. I just got really really lucky. An old neighbour, in both ways, he is 85y old. He had three motorcycles and had decided to let them go. This RD had been standing outside for 6-7y.. swedish weather isn’t the best way to preserve a motorcycle haha.

@@RRCRestoration If I'd known you were looking! I just gave a 1974 RD250A to a friend of mine who was looking for a project. I've replaced that with a 1975 DT250B that I bought at the weekend. I'm currently in Texas and it cost about 600 quid to get the bike to him in England. I can let you know if I stumble across anything like that in the future.

The NC30 was my first "real" motorbike, I bought mine the same day as I passed my test. It is, IMO, one of the most beautiful motorbikes ever, even now. And hearing that engine running, with the gear train whine, brought a smile to my face. You did an amazing job there!

Another masterclass, my friend . As someone else commented, it takes time to complete perfection . This build series is so worth the wait . Your talents are there for everyone to see and appreciate. This bike is certainly an iconic example from the 80's / 90's . Personally, it is my favourite era for Japanese production bikes. I'm looking forward to the next bike project !
