Restoration Plow Machine Ancient- Repair the big civet tongue broken- Agricultural old machinery restore
When I finished watering the flower, I went to store the watering pot when I saw a plow that had rusty and corroded so badly that it broke. The axles need to be turned and other details tightened, they won't work. And I brought it restore.

That looks like a 1970 vintage plough attachment for the Hinomotor tractors. We have a similar one for our MB150

Didn't do a very good job removing the rust and you didn't rust proof the parts and file down sharp edges. Then paint the parts.
