Why do you don't use a drill to drill out the old welding spots? You get clean sheet metal and pretty good new welding points. Best regards from germany.

yuck it takes too long. I would rather split the welds with an air chisel or hammer and chisel and pop holes in my new parts. takes less than half the time.

Yesterday I saw that on the back corners they have gone up in the last 10 years? And they use to go half way up the light, now they go about 3 inches below the light ? But that is the parts you need. Mike draw the pieces that are below the front door hinge because you have enough bender equipment to pull them off next time . Those hat channels could be done on your machine also. With this bus and CTs a lot of parts could be made IF you had a pattern . With out its like Steve Martin said- I know what it is ------- What the hell is it??????????
