Hey Everyone Happy Monday again! This week we are going to slow it down a bit with a more restorative hip opening yoga practice. We have been sharing a lot of tough classes recently, so this one is designed to help you feel good. Practice in the morning, afternoon, or evening to enhance the benefits of this type of class, it is definitely a nice option after a challenging week of activity. Enjoy!

This was a good session 💯🙌 My hips are super stiff, so bad that i have trouble both resting and activity. think it happened since i now work in an office all day. Appreciate if you can share specific links to other of your videos regarding hips stuff specially 🙌 (i looked... Was so many different ones 🤯 ) 😂

Hi Patrick, just wanted to say thx for posting this practice. W/ working from hm. I've been sitting a lot & it's effecting my hips. This sequence really helped unlock the knot in my hips. I just subscribed. Namaste aur[and] Dhanyawaad[thank you in Hindi]. Take care.
