Tanks ❤ for this lesson. I did the first training in Rom to restor my head and my body. Our teachers Jerry, Marc and so on. This was end of the 1988-91. The training saved my being. 🇨🇭

Amazing. It was beautiful to feel that rocking in my pelvis and then it extending upwards. I have imbalance in my feet and my feet felt much stronger and lighter after this lesson. Another great lesson David. Thank you so much. And things are feeling very precarious for us in Israel so your good wishes are much appreciated. May there be safety in the world, tolerance, understanding and love. Blessings to you. The lesson gave me much needed breathing space and calm.

Wow. This was an amazing lesson. Thank you. I actually started to cry in the middle as I sensed the differential movement of my head and hips. Absolutely powerful. Thank you David.

Scanning the body itself made so much difference. Going through the lesson was very comforting and, in the end, observed as you mentioned about the heel that it could balance itself better than before. Great, thank you, David, for the lesson, which helps us have better attention too.

I have a problem with my right femoral area - probably a hernia. Lying on my back with legs straight out isn't comfortable. However, I prefer to do the movements on my back, rather than sitting, as I can sense more of the movements. Can I do the exercises on my back with my legs bent and pillows - or something stiffer - under my knees?
@FeldenkraisAccess
@FeldenkraisAccess Ай бұрын
Dear Gail, thank you for asking, and sorry for the delay. Absolutely!! You are most welcome to use something under your knees and/or lower legs - a rolled up towel, blanket, or even a couch pillow, if you need something higher. I hope this is helpful, and feel free to email if you have any other urgent questions - communications@feldenkraisaccess.com.
