This is a restorative yoga for restless leg syndrome routine. This class is also day 10 of the 30 day yoga challenge. In this restorative yoga class we will work to bring in breath along with helping to bring blood flow throughout and within the legs. We will also stretch the legs and back to shake out any aches and nagging sensations. For this yoga class you will need a wall near by as we will use it to rest our legs against. Restless legs can effect your quality of life from simply daily tasks to interrupting your sleep. This restorative routine will help calm the body and mind to help you feel your best.

Hello, I have been doing this video on and off for a little while now and it does help in combination with my diet, supplements and medication. Thank you so much, I have also been doing some of your other videos lately, for deep sleep, and so far I have definitely been sleeping very deeply!

I have been suffering with RLS since September 2023. What a nightmare! This routine makes sense in so many ways. All familiar poses. Just need to get down and do them. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I have suffered from restless legs my whole life, but this is the first time I've ever seen a yoga practice to address this problem. Funnily enough, most of the poses are ones I would instinctively do when having a bout of restless legs. Have any other restless leg sufferers noticed that what is really going on is an involuntary contraction of the pelvic floor muscles? In other words, when you get the urge to move your legs, if you resist and keep them still, then the pelvic floor muscles contract instead and you feel a wave of energy travel up your spine to your head. Has anyone else experienced this? Is that the kundalini that people talk about in yoga?

Yes! I’ve recently started to get spasms on the bad days and if my legs can’t move or if I try to keep them still my whole body will go. This is the 1st thing in a while I’ve found that actually helps

funny i was told i had a tight pelvic floor from stress at the time i was struggling with restless legs also - i started Yoga and it went away now it's back im gonna start these class again. - i believe it's my pelvic floor and i have a tighness in my hips - i think it's muscular from stress.
