Practice these gentle yoga poses for deep relaxation. This restorative yoga sequence requires two pillows, a yoga bolster, two blankets, two yoga blocks and an eye pillow.
Note: If you are pregnant or injured, some of these poses are not suited for you.

Thank you Caren! This was a great, gentle and relaxing yoga sequence. I'm so glad that you're back! You're one of my favorite online yoga teachers. I especially like your morning yoga videos but this one was great too. I really like the way you teach and speak - so calming and makes me feel there's no need to rush or stress about anything.

This was terrific. I was not sure if I could do Restorative at home (enough props, right sequence, relax enough) this video proved I could, and encouraged me to do it regularly, thank you Caren for allowing the share of this video, just perfect!

I liked this practice. Very nice. I just had trouble to stay on the bolster at the last pose (legs against the wall) so I just pushed my self away from the wall a bit and placed 2 pillows under my hips instead. Still, I felt a lot of pressure on my shoulders and neck... Next time I won't put anything under my hips.

Hello Caren, the posture was thorougly enjoyed yesterday evening. I have been based on Gozo island for the last 2 years working at the Amchara Retreat. I propose restorative yoga in the evening as a detox supporting practice along with a gentle Hatha in the morning. And you Caren, where are you based?

All poses affect the parasympathetic nervous system, and for some you may feel sensations in different places. But I wouldn’t say certain poses are for specific organs because yoga works on a holistic level. 😊

Do you have a chair or couch? You can try Legs Up The Chair instead, with knees bent and your calves on the seat.
