The fact you got a manual one for this price is the big shocker. Great pick up. I've had 52 88-00 civics or intergras and do projects as well as part outs and I've never got a manual shell for under $750 and rarely under $1000. Running double that. Looking forward to the build I'm doing one currently on a 2000 ex coupe as well.

I had a 2k Civic Ex Coupe for 7years, lowered, ran great. At 223k miles, got hit in the back while I was at a Stop sign, squashed trunk and quarter panels. Wasn't worth fixing. Gotta 8th gen 2007 Civic Coupe now, manual 5 speed. These cars are fun and easy to maintain.

Good quality video and accurate. For anyone that doesn't have a facility with a press or air hammer the wheel bearings and ball joints can all be changed using a little care, a little force, a big hammer, and some huge sockets by hand.

I really like this channel because you are down to earth with the basics of economy and restoration of some older cars that don't end up in the junk yard that have life in them still. Also the fact that you help out your community with these giveaways and or helping younger ones with with limited budgets to keep their rides going a bit longer, especially with the cost of everything, I know what its like, I was young once and know a tight budget with a car.....great job, and look forward the the final reveal!

Amazing what just a little TLC will get you. I think it boils down to someone not having a place or the knowledge to do some of these things. I used to pick up scrap cars in North NJ. Picked up some many cars like this. Usually from kids that either didn't know what to do, got in over their head or couldn't afford to fix them.

It's the sunroof drain trust me mine was leaking like that. Make sure it's not cut off half way or the tube not poking through the sub frame into interior.. I replace a new drain line I had left over and tape the new line to the old line and feed it through the frame all the way down until the old one comes out and undo the tape and feed that down in the frame.. Problem sloved.. Make sure the drain tray is clean and clear as well.

Also want to say that I just liked, shared, & subscribed cause I've been thinking a lot lately about starting my very 1st build but haven't decided exactly what yet but have always wanted to build My own motor & vehicle but never have & I'm 46yrs old & things are starting to turn for the worst & going down the other side of aging & life & things are gradually getting harder & harder to do & I know with the medical conditions I already have that if I don't start doing things that I've always wanted to do or couldn't for whatever the reasons that I may never do if I keep putting it off & or making excuses & know that time is getting closer than further & something could happen tomorrow to me whether it be a wreck or death etc. & I cuss myself all the time cause I've let so many good age & physical years of my life pass either doing the wrong things, blaming others, staying angry, & not living the best life I could've & also hanging with & or being with the ones that were either doing the same or they wasn't nothing but moochers & are people whom couldn't, can't, & won't do better by choice & are still blaming others etc. All I know is I wished I would've listened to older wiser more knowledgeable aged people years ago when they told me time is fast even though it may not seem like it in Your Teens, 20's but it'll soon go by to fast & You wake up, ask, & or wonder where 10yrs went, then 20yrs till You wake up Gray with a few Gray Hairs that You pluck until You just get tired of it & stay out of mirrors & 5 more years or so pass & You look in the mirror again & your 10 or so gray hairs are now almost 50% of the hair on your head & accidentally notice that chest hairs & others are also turning. You then realize that you have become that older person preaching the same stuff to the young & you go out to a club that you use to go to but haven't been out in 10yrs & not only has the name of club changed names & owners but You feel & look Old compared to the Now Customers Etc. & You leave & one night/day not much later start what I believe may be a Midlife Crisis to where Your Anxiety is threw the roof & Your Mind is going 110mph as so many years are thought about that have came & gone & You're scared & worried where Your Life went & where it's going & where Your Friends went, are, & where can you find them & or if You want to cause it may set even more of a crisis off in You if You realize that they have been & are still living life while yourself failed & got lost in life even though You did & have been working every day & paying your bills etc. but that was your life & all that it is w/o any friends at all anymore. Just Me & My Dog. I JUST REALIZED I WROTE A BOOK & GOT LOST FROM WHAT I SAW & WAS REPLYING TO. SORRY NOT SORRY. I'M GLAD THAT YOUR VIDEO HAS GAVE ME PURPOSE. THANK YOU !!
