Scott please do not lose your mind on this one! Stock/OEM+ is a beautiful thing! Keep it black with silver wheels. If you want to switch it up retrim the seats and interior in the tan leather like one of the press cars had. Keep it stealthy with no stripe.

Trev’s tune was the best mod I’ve done to my 360. The biggest transformation for me was the gearbox. In Sport mode, at WOT, the shifts feel as fast as my Porsche PDK! In normal mode for just cruising around town, they’re smoother and quicker, even at light throttle. Throttle pedal is more responsive in every situation, and power increase is apparent. The fact that the software eliminates many of the bugs and glitchy things, CEL’s, etc, is just an added bonus! Love it! Glad to see you back on YT, and can’t wait to follow this series, and finally see the F40 when the time comes!

I am about to overhaul my 612. Converting it to a true manual and repainting in Ferrari British racing green from Nero before. Probably will change the interior to Couio from black too. Big job but have owned the car for 15 years and am looking forward to the next 15 years. This video has been truly encouraging! Thanks!

As already said, keep it the original black with the factory stripe. Plus keep the interior original but completely retrimmed i.e. brand new 2nd hand!. Good to have you back.

This car deserves a restoration alright! You have no idea how happy I am to see you finally giving this car the attention it needs lol. My opinion? Black w/metallic respray, no stripe. With shields. Wheels brushed finish and clearcoat. Interior trimmed in chocolate brown leather, black carpets, black alcantara dash upper with leather lower, black alcantara pillars and firewall trim. carbon steering wheel. Black perforated leather headliner. All Connolly leather of course.

I really liked the 1000 GP F1 Ferrari colour they put on the F1 car as a one off - if you were to go for a colour change Scott - it was that one off Burgundy they used at Mugello. Given the F1 plaque and the championships it would be a nice touch... The stripe needs to go back in for me also. That said if you kept it as it is it wouldn't be a bad thing either.

3:23 I still like Samcrac's Racing Green. For the interior, I'd go with alcantara on the now black parts and caramel leather instead of the red alcantara. Gold wheels mandatory. 😉

My favourite colour is Tour De France Blue, but in this case, I’d definitely keep it black, with the strip done like the original, silver wheels and a refresh of the CS interior. I would chose the darker blue Ferrari colour you see on the F355 and put the stripe on again. But you should choose the colour you want and will enjoy.

FINALLY and update! When you were giving it the beans, I had a huge smile on my face. Then you mentioned it at the end of the video. Very nice. I'd paint the car bright blue with a two-tone red/black interior. Go for a Superman vibe. Something different to match your yellow F40!

There's something off about advising a 14-year owner not to deviate from originality in order to maximize resale value. That should be the lowest priority. Keeping mileage low -- i.e., never driving your Ferrari -- has an even greater effect on resale value. If resale value is your highest priority you should never buy a special interest car and should instead invest the money in dividend stocks and get wood checking your brokerage account balance on a daily basis. I loved seeing 360trev in the flesh so to speak. He is indeed legendary among the tifosi who are not afraid of making our Ferraris better than stock.

It's amazing what Software can do!! Especially when written or RE-Developed by a very smart and meticulous man like that man! This is one of the reasons that I've been into BMW's for the last 12 years. I learned s much about it all and now have a over 600HP from my own much cheaper and not a Ferrari but is a supercar killer (depending on the supercar LOL) but the fact that we can now do Transmission flashing to bring it up to spec and beyond plus all wheel drive to rear wheel drive at the touch of a 1 min flash! Very cool!

Most time when you asked the viewer's opinion, on what to do with the vehicle. Before the end of the video, you've already decided what's to be done I would recommend multi-colored paint job, then black line like a cartoon. Vehicles that have been done this way usually turn out very unique and beautiful.

I think keep it black with a new painted stripe. Maybe change the wheels (stay with aluminum or chrome). I've never been a big fan of red, so maybe black and charcoal interior. The first thing I'd advise you to do after the restoration is not to leave the car outside. Having a garage to store the car would prevent the damage from the sunlight and other elements in the future.

Seems like it's been forever since you've done a video, it's good to see you back. I think that you should definitely do the proper stripe, but paint the car blue. I think that TDF or NART would look best. Then do the interior up in a mix of grey/black or maybe even something like Blu Medio. Keep the calipers yellow.
