They were such good looking cars back then. Hurts to look at the modern lineup.

F30 looks great in black and M sport, but I love my e46 330i's

Thats not even a redye they did, not only they missed spots but real leather dye soaks in and doesnt look flat and covering the grain of the leather, that almost looks like some type of paint. Surprised leatherique didnt bring up that stuff.

Foldable rear seats are bolted in. I have the same rear seats as you, unfoldable, and they just clip it just like the rear bench

Good job, I just bought a 01 BMW 330i just like that interior/exterior same color, and the seats are in the same condition yours were. Not looking forward to the cleaning...(sigh), but time to get to work.

As far as I’m aware, BMW didn’t make any natural brown leatherette pieces so those are almost certainly leather.

I feel like to do anything in my E46 the seats have to come out otherwise you're leaning on them or getting them dirty or something or another
@zkramez3 жыл бұрын
Yeah plus they are so easy to take out and you gain so much room.

For which part, the leather? Cleaning is one thing, but properly protecting and conditioning the leather is totally different. If you're a hack used car dealer, go for the cheap way. If you actually care about the leather, do it the right way. If someone can't invest $60 per year into protecting, cleaning and preserving leather, they shouldn't have a car and call themselves an enthusiast. There's a reason the RROC (Rolls Royce Owners Club) endorses Leatherique. Cheap hack cleaning of leather is why so many cars have destroyed leather.
