Kennedy Hall, the author of the book "Terror of Demons," joined Uncle Yo on the Elliott Hulse Podcast this week to discuss the issue of traditional Catholic masculinity. Hall and Uncle Yo emphasize the significance of the Church's role in maintaining traditional masculinity through discipline and penance, particularly in a world characterized by comfort and excess. According to Hall, men's behavior is a reflection of a flawed system that permeates our culture, leading to the prevalence of beta-culture and its detrimental effects on families, children, education, and national security. The discussion also touches on the failure of current leaders to uphold the truth and resist the spirit of the age.
In this Episode:
- Interpreting the Church's Understanding of Penance and Discipline in the Modern Age
- Meaning and Significance of Penance, Tradition, and Generativity
- Men's Responsibility in the Blame Game. Examining the Role of Men in the Sexual Revolution and Abortion
- Impact of the 1960s and 1970s Liturgical Changes on the Priesthood. The Difference Between the - New and Old Mass and Its Impact on Masculinity
- The Inspiration Behind "Terror of Demons" and the Canadian Martyrs

Been following your channel since the start, I was really turned off when you started introducing ideas of Christianity but kept an open mind. Now I've overcome all the modern world conditioning and returned to Catholicism. Thanks Elliot for sharing the word of God. Please stay true to yourself for it has changed my life.

Excellente Elliott. I’m an old white lady, living in MX for 25 yrs. After a Catholic education I was a roaming pagan for 50+ yrs. Fortunately, I found God’s Grace in the FSSP here, and I’ll be praising God’s Mother and doing penance as long as I live. I occasionally watch your Men’s Group and was really happy to see you with Kennedy today. I spend many hours listening to good strong Catholic Priests and Laymen. “English Catholic” I call it. I am rooting for all the old & young strong People of God. May God bless and protect you and your family, Elliot. (I’m in the middle of my 2nd Consecration to St. Joseph, Terror of Demons!)

Yo Elliot, thank you sincerely for putting out this content. I grew up in the typical suburban, Catholic school environment where kids would walk into mass wearing their CYO soccer uniforms and nearly half the people at mass would leave after communion. For my whole life, that was Catholicism. That’s just what you did on Sunday and then you did it again next week. But thanks to you, I am becoming more interested in the rich history and tradition of the Catholic faith. Although I still go to a Novus Ordo mass, the parish environment is actually quite traditional, the priests are very masculine men, and I’ve been getting more involved by volunteering as a weekly usher. I’ve also been trying to pray the rosary more often for Lent. We must fight back against the insanity of this world!

"If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astonishing results are the three criteria of a human genius, who could dare compare any great man in history with Muhammad? The most famous men created arms, laws, and empires only. They founded, if anything at all, no more than material powers which often crumbled away before their eyes. This man moved not only armies, legislations, empires, peoples, dynasties, but millions of men in one-third of the then inhabited world; and more than that, he moved the altars, the gods, the religions, the ideas, the beliefs and the souls. "On the basis of a Book, every letter which has become law, he created a spiritual nationality which blend together peoples of every tongue and race. He has left the indelible characteristic of this Muslim nationality the hatred of false gods and the passion for the One and Immaterial God. This avenging patriotism against the profanation of Heaven formed the virtue of the followers of Muhammad; the conquest of one-third the earth to the dogma was his miracle; or rather it was not the miracle of man but that of reason. "The idea of the unity of God, proclaimed amidst the exhaustion of the fabulous theogonies, was in itself such a miracle that upon it's utterance from his lips it destroyed all the ancient temples of idols and set on fire one-third of the world. His life, his meditations, his heroic revelings against the superstitions of his country, and his boldness in defying the furies of idolatry, his firmness in enduring them for fifteen years in Mecca, his acceptance of the role of public scorn and almost of being a victim of his fellow countrymen... This dogma was twofold the unity of God and the immateriality of God: the former telling what God is, the latter telling what God is not; the one overthrowing false gods with the sword, the other starting an idea with words. "Philosopher, Orator, Apostle, Legislator, Conqueror of Ideas, Restorer of Rational beliefs.... The founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than he?" Tribute by a French man: Alphonse de LaMartaine in 'Historie de la Turquie,' Paris, 1854.

Some very intresting topics great video . I noticed that self pride was brought up a few times more so with fasting which is true ive always noticed people will announce they are fasting when they are . But what has struck me lately is that when people announce they are Christians they seem to put there denomination ahead before saying they Christian. I think this is something as Christians its a mistake and a very prideful mistake at that . 1000 years ago the Church was split in 2 one side became Catholic and the other became Orthodox and since then we have had 100's of denominations show up . The devil has devided us and conquered us in our former stronghold countries into so many pieces that we are weak and full of quarrelling about which denomination is correct . Lets protect our Lord Jesus become manly strong household Men but at the same time when we annouce our faith lets put Christ 1st and say we are CHRISTIANS and leave it at that .

Your profession of the faith is not based on wearing Christian symbols. It’s based on your belief of Christ being Lord, his salvation carried out on the cross, and following the church.

It doesn't necessarily make you a Christian and it isn't a prerequisite by any means but wearing sacramentals is undoubtedly a positive thing. Get them blessed by a priest.

I will list here, what the documents consist of, by name and by title. But you will never find the list of these names inside the documents this is deliberate. For the purpose of concealment. But what you will find in every paragraph of every page the “definition” of the terms listed. Therefore the Vatican two documents consist of “definition” only: 1) Indifferentism 2) Syncretism and Synthesis 3) Immanent 4) Transcendentalism 5) Individualism 6) Existentialism, naturalism 7) Stoicism 8) Pantheism 9) Evolution 10) The Sciences such as historian sociology psychology critic… If you look up Saint Pope Pius 10 Encyclical “ Pascendi Dominici Gregis” you will find he new about Vatican 2 and wrote a detailed comprehensive explanation of Vatican 2, listing in detail more than half of the items above listed, and he even explains, in example, how it is meant to diminish Jesus Christ and the one true church and desecrate all seven sacraments and to leave the door open for more of modernism and Progressive changes in the future. He is not alone Pius 10 on the errors of Modernism, Pius 9 his Syllabus of Errors and Pope Gregory 16 in his Encyclical “Mirari Vos” see #19 on the waldensians, the Beghards, the Wycliffites, and all the popes condemned the documents of Vatican 2 and the Synod of Pistoia and warned the faithful with excommunication, anathema if you don't reject the Vatican two documents, and church, and embrace the one true traditional Catholic Church, the depository of faith, before the end of your life. As you examine these terms and then read the Vatican two documents you can clearly see the “definition” of all the above listed terms, but not the terms themselves, and the evil, and that it is no longer Catholic but a new religion that will lead you straight to hell !!! Then what are we to do you ask ? If you are a true traditional catholic then you are supposed to do what the Blessed Virgin Mary told us to do in these evil times, that she described at Fatima, in a third Secret. Not the fake phony Third Secret that John Paul II falsified and Rewritten, along with the fake Lucia !!! But the real true Third Secret of Fatima. Tou are also to do what the Blessed Virgin Mary told us to do at La Salette, France and again at Our Lady of good success, who described in great detail what is to happen to the Catholic church at the end of the 20th century and she was 100% right !!! What do we do then ? what did she say to do ? She said to say the traditional rosary, not the rosary of John Paul II, the traditional rosary 15 decades everyday as much or 5 decades on Monday 5 decades on Tuesday and 5 decades on Wednesday. Since the mass is the greatest prayer of all !!! you get the Saint Andrews missile (and no other missile) but the St Andrews missile, and you say Mass every Sunday (you're not able to consecrate) but you can still say the prayers of the Mass !!! from only the Saint Andrew's missile. You can say the rosary, the Seven Sorrows of Mary, the Stations of the Cross, all at home. Have nothing to do with today's fake Catholic Church!!! NOTHING !!! You say your prayers at home, you stay at home, and you say your prayers at home, the Traditional prayers of the church and you say them every day. You read the Bible the Catholic Bible and study what the Saints of the church did and stay away from newly written or revised books on the market today !!! Don't buy any books on the market after 1960 !!!! What about confession and all that ? You confess your sins to God the Father Son and Holy Ghost using the prayers in the St Andrews missile, on the confessional which is in the back of the book or you say one of the seven penitential Psalms along with the act of contrition. That's your confession, at home. For baptism you do the same at home with the proper, matter, form and intent. But whatever you do have nothing to do with the Vatican 2 Church even if it's empty do not go in it !!!

Satan is going too far too quick, which is why he's losing and men are deciding to look to traditional values. On another note, "Jesus" is not the God, he's the Son of God. John 5:26 makes this obvious, as well as numerous other verses.
