Combine the simscard with the transmiter (computerized device) with somekind of power source (probably a button battery or something rechargeable like lithium) and you got something the size of a smart watch. . . which is really thick. It could be useful to slap onto a car via magnetics. . . but attaching to anything else (like clothe/someones clothes or villain suit) and that's where size becomes and issue. Size = weight. Meaning if it's small, then it just needs to be sticky. It it was heavy, then the heaviness would make fall off and where the stickiness wouldn't be strong enough, too much downward force. The ideal scale is that of a coin and the weight of 15 pennies. See how this starts to make things tricky if you want it to attach to all surfaces yet still be connected to the internet? The alternative is some kind of radio signal which would be SUPER low range. And even if it wasn't it would be way out of his range of expertise.

I,m making a home made IRON MAN life sized bust (from house insulation foam blocks) & it's going well. I don't own a 3d printer or understand Pepekura complex patterns & so I joined the insulation blocks together & worked from the middle out to the left & right. (using a very accurate 1/4 scale bust I own, as referance) I hoped to pick up some construction tips here, but youve had it all done for you off camera

I feel like there's a way to not have the back of the plate to have the helmet come over the head and onto the facial interface. I have an idea already for it. Much simpler and smaller devices can be used. Its a foldable iron man helmet. The layers of the helmet from the back stack on the back of the head and fold by some motors that control them. The mask itself would also be with it. The first back layer would fold up onto the back of the head then the 2nd layer and close the gap by 2 different motors: 1 to move it forward and back then 1 to pull it towards the head. The rest is basically the same. I just feel like this could work however if it's not already been done. One more thing... the layers would be close together to make it compact but still able to move with the motion to pull it forward over the head and or back. Love the videos and I know I'm 3 years too late but it's a thought that came to mind while watching this video back.
