You are one of the nicest and down to Earth guys on KZbin! You deserve more! I always like how you recommend games to us. I'm 38 and still discovering new gems thanks to you! :D

Tomb raider legend was amazing, one of the last ones before the reboot. Feels like a proper Indiana Jones game with a plot centered around Arthurian legend. Don't know if it holds up but I love it.

I agree, Conduit 2 is definitely the most impressive Wii game. High Voltage Software really pushed the console's limits with that hidden gem. I hope you find a copy!

Definitely worth redoing this by system after the reorganisation, what a massive collection! I was sad Eternal Darkness didn’t get a mention, I really loved that game and it’s crazy (or real?) storyline 😂 I’m doing a replay at the moment and really enjoying it still

Love the SNES! Probably my favourite console, ish I had boxes for the loose games and a better way of displaying them!

Conduit on the Wii. That gave me the first person shooter fix I was missing. Conduit 1 was my favourite and had more replay value. However the ending of Conduit 2 was hilarious. Would be great to see you play either of those, or Space Station Silicon Valley for fun.

You can still get Red Steel cheap bought it a few weeks ago for 50p from cex not played it yet. I would recommend Cursed Mountain for the Wii reminds me of Silent Hill and is only £2.50 from cex bought it in December but only recently sat down to play and it was one of those games that you stay up late to play as is really good.

I liked the zoomed out image. Perhaps, in the future, you could alternate between. Anyways, I like how all are displayed, down to earth, like the majority of us would, games and theirs accessories are meant to be used and played. :)

Have you considered a refrigerator system for your room ? It will help with maintaining your carts by providing a cool and constant temperature.

You have an awesome collection. I wish you hadn't have rushed through showing your collection and gone into a bit more detail on some games that you liked and most other people didn't like (monster hunter comes to mind I have tried and tried to enjoy the series but I just can't get into it). And some more reviews of games from your collection.

Do you try to prevent sunfade on your collection by putting foil on the window or anything like that? an anxious fellow collector from Berlin;)

Yes the windows all have a UV protection film over them, so don’t worry!

I think, with a collection of your size, it would be better to go through each sub-collection in a single video. One of the things I like about your videos is the personal stories relating to your game collection. And to be honest, this felt a little rushed.
@RetroBreak5 ай бұрын
I think I’m going to do deeper dives and memories videos for each collection, as I was recording I wasn’t sure if I should try and do a full tour in one video or split it up. Got more parts coming in the next few weeks then might go back to do separate sub-collections like you suggested :)
@beeutifulgaming38905 ай бұрын
@RetroBreak that would be fantastic. What I also like, is that your collection isn't curated. There are games in there that you have bought and you don't actually like. But for better or worse, they remain. Cheers 🍻

@@RetroBreak by no means am I being like “this game was ace how dare you” lol, more that I don’t have a retro collection so I’ve not played it since I was like 8, and I wondered if nostalgia clouded my judgement 🥲

Fantastic collection... not sure why you rushed through it so fast. You seemed really uncomfortable that you had so many games to show. Good video but would have been ever better if you just relaxed and didn't clock watch. Who cares if it takes 60 mins instead of 20 or 30
@RetroBreak5 ай бұрын
My original plan was to show off the entire room, half way through I realised that was unreadable and should split it into separate parts (the intro was recorded after I did the tour) so don’t worry I take my time a lot more in the next videos! Thinking of combining them all back together at the end of it, so I might re-record the NES section and take my time to go through it properly!

@@RetroBreak Have you seen those N64 cart stickers that let you label your games on the top edge? Really useful when you have a lot of loose carts. Only problem is that you buy them as a full set - so that makes you want to buy more loose carts as you already have the stickers for them lol
