@@RetroCore Actually, this vid tempted me to look at it again. I updated firmware, copied to a new sd, but it still white-screened, so got new roms, and yay, they all (so far) worked. I use for my Master System a flash card. It cost me about about 25 € and it works perfect. For my Super Nintendo i've got the Game Doctor SF6 copy unit and the Super Ufo flash card. Now there is a 35 € flash card available. It is half the price of a Super Ufo flash card when it was available. There is also a cheap flash card available for Mega Drive. I'm more puzzling about the RAM expansion option as I don' find any list of games that clearly take advantage of such enhancement. This Definitive Edition is perfect for new customers but IMO it doesn't justify a new investment when you already have an OMEGA cartridge until you clearly want one of the new features. Anyway, I think the EZ FLASH OMEGA DEFINITIVE EDITION is really the best solution to take advantage of its GBA. It really is a great product.

The extra ram is mostly for DS homebrew. For example, to run quake well on the DS you need the extra Ram. The DE version of the Omaga can provide that. Personally, I'd never use the extra features. Well, maybe except for the rumble. The core functionality is the same as the original as far as GBA games are concerned. The upgraded memory is a bonus though. Save saves is ideal.
