I saw that they have a “care and repair station”, saw someone online that mentioned it… on another note, I agree that the LV Murakami bags seem hard to style, and I personally don’t understand the hype around it…. Enjoyed this video and I think of all the bags I love the Gucci Boston bag! Quite a cute design and the price was great too! ❤

I still have my old Fendi Spy bags and Dior gaucho and saddles. I guess I must think the same, because I actually pulled out my Fendi Spy and started wearing it again on Jan 1. I love those bags and I always took good care of them.

Your Métis looking Murakami condition is amazing! Vachetta replacement prices for the vintage Murakami Speedy is almost $2000! So your bag with dye transfer, if you know an artist, they can easily touch up white and you would never notice! The white Murakami has red bleeding and many people just touch it up with white paint.

I have the white Ursula bag. I purchased it in 2008. I luv it and will never sell it. I also have dye transfer on the bottom from my denim jeans but I feel it gives it character. It’s the best collection ever

I think these bags with your Labuan charms are not only adorable but you could probably carry them in London without worrying about being robbed. I think I would enjoy carrying them more than let’s say a Chanel bag that makes you a target for theft

For me it was the Gucci horse bit hobo bags. Jessica Simpson used to carry them on her reality show and I was obsessed. I finally got one about 4 years ago for a steal and I love it to death.

You can use Apple Guard on LV canvas. I’ve used it on my damier azure everyday bag and have no dye transfer. Every time you share your Boston bag it reminds me how much I love it. They’re so hard to find in good condition! Never get rid of it.

I like Murakami designs for LV. The other Y2K bags I have seen, I like some, not others. Sad, the stains on your white Murakami. I have a very old and battered one I bought second hand just to have it. I had assumed it had been used heavily, now though I am wondering! A bag spa may be able to fix yours for you? Thank you for the video! (I think Labubus are cute, but I am not obsessed!)

I enjoyed the original run in the 2000s and had a number of Murakami pieces. Sold them all because they looked really dated and out of place. Now in my late 30s, the ones that launched 1/3 just look juvenile to me 😅 It’s cute but doesn’t go at all with my wardrobe or fashion today. Plus the prices made me LOL (I remember paying $400ish for my cherry blossom pochette and now the new panda pochette is $2100)

As long at LOW RISE JEANS don't come back the way they did in the early 2000s when I was in Uni -- you couldn't find mid or high rise pants!! So annoying. Low rise and Ultra-low rise looks good on about 0.5% of the population. I hated them so much! I don't really get the nostalgia of Y2K... 9/11 put a stop to that, and the crash of 2008 put a nasty cap on the decade. All the trends were focused on false-optimism and cutesy stuff, almost as a reaction to how panicked everyone (well, adults) were at the time.

I managed to get the whole set of Labubus but they're sitting around the house. I don't like these plastic cases. Unless you're planning to carry them around, there's no point. I miss 2000s, especially the prices. I paid only £200 for brand new from the store LV Speedy from the Graffiti collection. Those were the days that you didn't have to trade your kidney for a bag. 😂

The Gucci-bag with the golden hearts is really nice. However, I wouldn't hang these "Beo-Ao" and the other ones as a charm on the bag. Firstly, they're too big, taking away a lot of the "impression" of the bag itself and secondly, these small dolls look like big children toys ( a bit too childish to wear with a bag for an adult ). I prefer smaller charms hanging on a bag.🙋‍♀️😃👜

I use toothpaste to clean difficult stains and baby wipes. Perhaps you could try them.

I would carefully dab the stains on the bag with a cotton swab and stain remover (e.g. turpentine or nail polish remover). There is also a brush cleaner available at hardware stores. This removes sticky, dark stains and also adhesive residues.

Nail polish remover will destroy the surface. It has to be something more delicate than that.
