This is extremely motivating. I’m due for surgery in the near future, and fear i’d never return to kickboxing ever again. Boxing definitely but it wouldn’t be the same. Thank you James, you’ve given me hope in a low point of my life

Just had knee arthroscopic surgery, not half as serious of an injury as acl but still setting me back about 6 months in total. I’m delighted to hear your back definitely eased my mind a bit.

Almost three weeks post op here. Did you ever deal with hesitation and over cautiousness when you started sparring again and preparing to be fight ready? How did you deal with it?
