Liver is very nutritious, but it definitely has an unusual taste.

Funny.. I don't feel food is particular great in beijing compare to sichuan and guandong provinser, except for duck and dumpling. In the north food is general more salty, blank and vegetable are not that fresh compare to central/southern china, kinda like Denmark and southern europe, there are notable difference on taste and selections.
