I've bought old fix er uppers twice. It is very satisfying when they are finished. Just make sure you get it finished in no more than a year. Otherwise you might get used to it and never get it finished! I've never bought or built a new house before.

Thanks for posting. I traveled to Chiang Mai Thailand and stayed at the Vanilla residence because of your videos. I decided to stay for two months at the Vanilla cycled about 2500 km and lost 20 pds. thanks for your suggestions. Great to see you back in the US. There are so many beautiful cycling routes here in the US. Please plan to have Glacier National Park and Grand Teton National Park on your list. During the month of June Glacier National Park is open for cyclist only. That’s the most epic cycling ride I ever done.

I really liked whatever Thuong was filming and her settings and how she was doing it, but missed your narration and having another cyclist in the frame most of the time. Will you be staying in Vietnam until Thuong is cleared to travel back to the US with you or will you be heading back ahead of her to finish things up with the new house?
