I understand you feel you brought them a lot of business so you can take the food for free when they offer it and also show the hospitality of Pakistan, but only do this when you know it's the OWNER offering it to you. The reason you got "angry" comments on the last video was because it was a waiter (from what we understood) that was paying for you and you never tried to refuse his offer (it's common courtesy in Pakistan to refuse a free offer and play that game of giving money back and forth like you did in this video). So if it's the owner, just take the free offer, but if it's a waiter, you should forcefully pay him as you did in this video because they make very less money. Hope you didn't mind the comments on the last video, we're just trying to help you out with the culture and also trying not to set bad precedents for other foreigners watching.

Luke these short parathas in Islamabad are sort of parathas available in western countries done by desi shops in UK,Canada or Europe. Real parathas are long and cooked in desi ghee and you will find them in Lahore dhabas and breakfast places. Visit Lahore and try Goga Naqibia Channa and desi ghee paratha in Lahore please. That chef said we pour oil little by little to cook it evenly and not to burn it.If we pour whole oil in one go, it may burn paratha completely and cheese will spread and may come out too.
