Holy cow is that beautiful?!!! WOW, girl. Stunning! I am going to say right here that that, Rhonda, is your best, background/under painting I have seen yet. And I haven’t even got to the epoxy part yet. Yes. Yes. Yes, to all of the above on the marble SP! Going to give this a try. I have no doubt ppl will go bananas over it!

I love watching you create. I especially appreciate that you share all of your process. As an artist, I want to do my own epoxy kitchen counters, but I’m not as comfortable with playing in the epoxy as long as many of your videos do. So this is perfect!!!! I agree that a dark grey cabinet would be wonderful, but…really any color would be enhanced by this.

We did this same thing on our kitchen counter and it is absolutely beautiful! I had a couple of low spots after my flood coat so we did a second flood coat.I love it!

Ohhh my goodness this is one of my favorite finishes. I’ve done this in two of my rent houses, And several tables. I do a black base coat with caramel, browns , creamy and rust colors bagged on.

I really like the back,looks like veins,love it, first time watching, love it, I’m wanting to do my countertop, my house is pretty old,nothing has changed. I thought about buying new vanity’s But there is nothing wrong with it,just need a face lift,wish I could do one on myself. How hard would it be,maybe paint or dry brush the cabinets and do something like your doing on the sink, Can I do the sink? It all one piece, it’s plastic.? Love your video,really enjoy watching something New. Have a wonderful day,👍👍👍♥️♥️😊😊

What type of rustoleum spray paint are you using for the building of layers? flat, semi gloss , gloss....?
@RK3Designs Жыл бұрын
Gloss is always my go to. If that’s not available I’ll use semi-gloss or satin. I stay away from matte/flat sheens.

Has anyone tried to use a counter top laminate as the base for a shower wall rather than the pink board? I'm concerned on the amount of space the pink board will take from the tub's horizontal depth and in addition the desire to still keep it symmetrical around the tub opening.

I am curious why we always talk about countertops. I think it would look very classy on kitchen/bathroom cabinet doors.

I love every layer up to, but excluding, the alcohol-slopping which creates the cells. Cells are not as much natural looking as they are a fad, and fads always go out of style, usually, long before the countertops need redoing. I'd use charcoal gray cabinets, or whatever the darkest color in the countertop is and shiny, or satin, silver hardware. I think white cabinets would wash out the counters.
