Don’t be fooled! He is doing it for views & make money out of it. I have seen one of his videos where he claims Yakult has more sugar than Coke which is gross misrepresentation of facts. Yakult is consumed in small 60ml quantity while Coke in 300ml. It is like taking a teaspoon of sugar (which is 100% sugar) & claiming it has more sugar than Coke!

For USA use following options - boiled eggs( organic eggs -free range/pasture raised) - omelette ( if you can make) - egg muffin ( make it with vegetables and cheese on weekend and back it in muffin pan- cook on weekends and put in refrigerator for Monday to Friday) keep food safety in mind. - Organic, non GMO, oatmeal with nuts and barriers - Dosa, Idli, Handvo, Paneer toast or cheese toast on weekends, egg waffles - school lunch : cream cheese + cucumbers sandwiches on organic sourdough bread. And many more options …..

Chemical Fertilizer, Natural or slightly enhanced fertilizer GMO Hybrid seeds Organic Seeds grown from native and older established varities grown without using chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides. And there is no GMO product gives 4 times the yield compared to a contemporary non GMO seed. So cut promoting that crap. It's like saying that a Baleno is more 4 times faster than a older transportation ( advertiser meaning Bullock Cart. ) The comparison makes no sense. You are exactly like the corporate advertising we get which makes inane comparisons and claims which are designed to fool people.

REVANT u are a rockstar and a blessing for gen z ...please have all principals on one platform @Dr Pal Great podcast as always A small shout to an old principal but Mr baweja from balbharti school removed canteen 25 years ago as he saw kids consuming fast food and junk .....so no canteen healthy food canteen green veggies canteen is surely the way forward is A platform where school principal+ FOOD pharmer + doctors + nutrition specialist conference every year would surely raise the issue .Once kids understand they won't buy and would make all these brands understand and let revant grow.

If I were the food policy minister, I would ask companies to add a nutrition score from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10, and it should be approved by a governing authority. I found this practice to be very helpful in Germany when selecting the right product.

Dear Dr. Pal, u am a neurosurgeon. A great option for working parents would be pre processed food instead of processed food. Like Dosa/idli batter, Upma mix, ready to cook meals instead of ready to eat meals, along with fruits, nuts and a small portion of packed food.

A correction, Dr. PAL ( Your Quote - Medicines in US have expiry after 1 year). Most of the medicines marketed in the US have shelf-life of 2 years to 3 years, which are supported by Stability Studies designed in line with USFDA/ICH guidelines. PS - I work in Pharmaceutical Industry which supplies medicines to USA.

Great podcast. One of the things that I am surprised they did not include in a healthy breakfast are Idlies. They have protein, steamed (so no oil), and can easily be eaten with podi (lentil chilli powder) in "moderation."

Reading labels is the best thing i have done.......i used to consume mayonnaise with almost everything....and almost finish 1/4 kg bottle every 5 or 7days.....later after developing habit of reading labels and watching video how its made and scared about how much oil it used.........now shifted to hung curd base sauces which i make myself
