Wished we had this video before we installed ours. Perhaps for future customers REV-A-SHELF could include a leaflet in the shipment that has a link to this (or other appropriate video). The paper instructions just didn't have the clarity this installation video has. The production quality of this video is superb! 🛠️❤️

Here is how we do the rear slide to cabinet back wall attachments: - After installing the 1x side screw and 4x bottom screws, install both top and bottom baskets onto the shelf assembly. - In order to locate the 2x back wall brackets correctly, use a marker pen to mark the cabinet back wall for the fastener attaching locations using the back wall bracket holes as guide. - Remove the top basket. - Align back wall bracket holes with the marked holes on the cabinet back wall. Drill pilot holes and install screws attaching back wall bracket to cabinet back wall. Please note if you do not do that, the top rail overhang at the back are too flexible. It is impossible to find a correct location to attach to the cabinet back wall.

We bought the similar two tier shelf. Couldn’t find a vide for that but it iss the same thing without the vertical supports.. The paper instructions were useless. The video saved the day, almost. Nothing covers aligning the back brackets. After several trial and error efforts finally got it in. Some indication of the placement of the back supports and aligning them would have saved about an hour of trial and error.

My dividers always shift and fall off. How do you avoid this?

Hi Angelica! Those plastic clips can be tricky! They have 2 "bumps" and the clips must be pushed over both of these to properly lock into place. Try using a towel to push down on the clip because sometimes it takes some pressure to lock into place properly. Let us know if this helps!
