Banzai Pipeline Firing 🔥 (Dec 2, 2022) 4K

The greatly anticipated Friday 10-15 ft epic conditions WNW-NW swell finally arrived on December 2, 2022 after a rough start to this North Shore season with Pipeline surfers scratching their heads wondering when Pipeline is going to finally get good. Well Tuesday was nice providing glassy waves but Friday brought great conditions and size. Here's some drone footage to show you a 40 minute long video of a Bird's eye view of all the action that occurred on a day to remember for this Pipeline 2022-23 North Shore Winter season. All the Pipeline pros are here from around the world, the whales are back breaching in the background, and every photographer on the island is trying to get a piece of the action.
We purposely don't name surfers in the edit because there's no room for mistakes so we will list them in the description. Some of the surfers featured include but are not limited to Jackson Dorian, Balaram Stack, Moana Jones Wong, Mason Ho, Flynn Novak, Jamie O'brien, Ivan Florence, Billy Kemper, and more.

We put together 11 tracks in this edit (electronic and rock music). If you enjoy it and want to know the name of any of the songs be sure to tell us how many mins into the video and we'll try to get back to you. If you don't care for the music, hit the mute button and watch the video to your own music, that works too 🤙🏽
This video may be good to play in the background at parties and social events hanging out with friends. We hope you enjoy it!
Drone Disclaimer:
It may look easy but we don't recommend flying a drone at Pipeline or Waimea unless you're a seasoned pilot because chances are you will lose it like most of us already have. Even seasoned drone pilots lose their drones every time we shoot on the North Shore it happens. Watch what happens at 31:30 secs. Yes, and that happened to a very experienced drone pilot!
Requesting Clips:
Please don't bother us about clips unless you're willing to pay for them. Surf photographers have to make a living too especially trying to pay off the equipment we invested in to get your clips in the first place. We're extremely busy and you are basically paying photographers for their time because it's a task to prepare clips and email them out.
Social Media Etiquette:
If you use a photographer's media without their knowledge and don't tag them or give them the credit they deserve, that's stealing and f'ed up. Be grateful for your clips and do the right thing.

Fantastic production, and drone footage. What a day!!! Back door was huge too. I was sitting under the green shade tent with many of the cameras behind me. Best day for surfing I have ever seen. I don't get out much since I'm up in the frozen tundra. Shout out to Alex Uhlman "The Silver Fox" @ 18:41 dropping in and almost getting out, but took one to the face after a 7 second ride. 1:58 could a sworn that dude's head was coming off. I actually give props to the guy duck diving bcuz he immediately assessed the situation and didn't flail it, he ducked perfectly-barely. In my part of the world, if you drop in and almost run over someone they usually make a big deal about it. And the waves aren't anywhere like this. I imagine, at Pipe, it's a totally different dynamic.

If you havent seen this on a LG C2 OLED Tv....your missing out. These new drone vidoes kick this Tv into another Gear! The wave that guy caught at 1:45 is something that everyone needs to see on this OLED. You have to eally just see it with your own eyes..thats the way it was with me....people tried to tell me and they just show me instead..I had one less than a week later! It's quality really shines with the PS5 connected....somehow LG and SONY talked and Tha LG it even has a Game Optimizer sofware built in it! it's pretty adevanced Get a chace, check one out. This tvs quality and the PERFECT COLORS blows my mind everytime i see it and it's everyday!..its way beyond ccrystal clear quality. Its kinda hard to explain it. The ocean and it's colors are perfect. The blue and whites are actually making my eyes feel good looking at em hahaha Like watching a Futuristic Reality Painting of the Pipline so advanced you wouldt believe that it's reality....looks better! well anyway I highly recommened it! nothing less than this LG C2 either.

Man that lineup is crowded. I don't know, I grew up surfing the North and South side of Huntington Pier. Probably no worse of a crowd than on a good six plus foot NW or SW combo swell at HB
