I remember walking along a river with some adults and kids, knee deep. There was this mini island of tree branches in the middle and one of the kids floating along in a tyre in front of us was screaming for help. We couldn't understand why he was fussing, but it turned out the force of water running under this mini island was pulling his tyre and himself under ...fortunately one of the adults immediately ran ahead and pulled him out of this strange current...knee deep for the most part except for surrounding this island. It was so strong it would have sucked him right under.

You have to ask yourself just how the hell a police officer ended up dying here if not for complete inadequacy on their part. Question : could either of these participants in this exercise, SWIM ?.. why were they in clothing that would facilitate drowning ? Why weren't some very basic safety precautions not taken ? I think someone else should of been brought to the courts to this total fxxk up. Did anyone pay for the idiotic loss of a good man. Well we all know how it works, don't we. So that's a big fat NO
