Using Fusion 360, play-doh, and 3D printing to recreate a part.

My approach on reverse engineering a part using playdoh. I recreate the part by rolling it on playdoh to get an impression that I then bring into Fusion 360 and trace over. The process involves using the sheet metal environment to create a cylinder and unfold it to sketch my features, extrude them, and then refold my cylinder.
Enjoy!

Good idea. I did a few of your courses on udemy. I always like your way of explaining your steps. Just discovered you also have a KZbin channel and this video is no different. Good tutorial. Glad I found you on here as well.
