She's who beginner should start with. That way they're not intimidated or think they can't do it. I tried to get into yoga a dozen times and quit. Then I found her and here I am two years later doing it almost everyday.

That’s my story too! I wish I had her channel the 3-5 times I tried yoga on KZbin and felt so inexperienced and stopped very quickly after.

I'm currently on my 8th day of her 30 day challenge - Breath and I already feel lighter. I have done a couple of videos from her channel before, but never 8 days in a row. Hope to complete this challenge ❤️ She's truely amazing and so are you❤️

Her 30 days are always so wonderful. Day 1 I always feel like “man I’m not gonna stick with this” and I always do with hers. No other teacher like her.

I’ve been doing yoga with Adriene probably 8 yrs now. Some months I fell off but getting back on is always like coming out of the water and catching a breath. I have tried other practices/teachers but Adriene’s technique and overall personality is more my vibe. I’m incredibly grateful for her free video content. It’s a gift to so many across the globe

Adrienne has been an absolute lifeline for me during the pandemic. Even more so, after losing my mother last month to Covid. I've been doing her BREATH series and it's the one thing that has kept me afloat in my deep grief. Thank you for such an incredible review.

During the first wave her yoga vids really helped me with my anxiety, I was on medication for 3 years, but came off them because the yoga kept me feeling sooo balanced. Covid in September though made me lose my energy and breath so I was only able to do yoga every second or third day up until Christmas. I’m back to daily yoga now for the 30 day challenge and I feel so good and like my energy levels and breath is back. I love watching these videos to see how yoga has positively impacted other people’s lives. 🥰

This made me emotionally. Especially when you explained how you release your baggage at each practice and leave so much lighter and you don’t want to pick it back up again. I hust got back into her yoga after taking long breaks and coming back to some other channels. But Adrienne is just the best. No other teacher like her. My physical, emotional, and mental health improved honestly after 3 days of staying consistent. Just incredible.

I'm doing her 30 day Breath journey right now and I already thought about continuing after that. Starting another 30 day journey might be a really good idea. I hope it will be as good for my mental health as it was for yours. I also developed a routine where I do it first thing in the morning to get me started on a positive note. And also to get started at all. Because with this Covid situation I don't really have to leave the house, so sometimes it just all gets too much and I stay in bed drowning in negativity for an hour before I even get up. Not good! I also love how inclusive and positive she is. Giving options for asanas so that everyone can do a variation of them. And she does it so nicely and non-judgmental as well. No "If you can't do it the way it's supposed to be, choose this option that is easier" bs. Just a simple "Choose what feels right for you." I'm so glad I found her because she really reminds me of a great yoga teacher I had when I still lived in another part of the country. Much love to you!

I've done 200+ days of yoga. I've never been so disciplined until the virus. It does as much for the mind as the body. It is compatible with other exercise as well as a gateway drug to meditation.

I felt very emotional watching this. I also got into yoga with Adriene (and yoga full stop ) during lockdown. I’m probably on day 80 day. It has saved my life. And changed my life

I have not heard of this Yoga programme, but it sounds interesting. Although, I must admit my wife keeps bragging about how relaxed she feels after a session! I guess it`s a good thing:) Personally, my way of taking a breath is simply the company of my children and my wife. I`m fortunate to be working at home during this quarantine period, which means I have more time for myself and my family. My form of distraction is playing my acoustic guitar and at times discussing with my children the nature of my job! Although not easy at times:) Keep the positive approach! Best.

I love this video so much! I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who noticed when Adriene's in her business clothes, be prepared! I like to say, "If Adriene has a bun, run". I had tried yoga before and hated it. It felt like a competition for abs. Due to PTSD and anxiety, I turned to yoga with Adriene and found something amazing. This is the second year anniversary of doing yoga daily, for me. I'm definitely subscribing to you

Great review of all the benefits YWA has given you. I've been doing her videos since the beginning of quarantine as well and it's helped me in so many ways. Mostly to cope with all the chaos of politics, the pandemic and spending so much time with my family.

I'm going to try and do yoga with her videos every day I definitely feel a good difference when I do yoga! It can be tough because I suffer with chronic pain I really have to push myself to just do it!!! ❤ huge hugs to you. I remember I found her about 5 years ago, I used to like "yang exercises" but I knew that I needed less aggression for my physical and mental health... And she gave me the same amount of peace and comfort avatar the last Airbender gave me as a child and stills gifts me. She gives me that... I always return to the mat

I have done something similar, im on day 211 of daily yoga, there are maybe 7 different 30 days of yoga from Adriene and a good few others from different teachers, I aim for 365 days and if I can make that, im just gonna keep going. Thanks For spreadding this message though, Yoga has made a giant impact in my life. Im glad it has become something that you enjoy and it has has a positive impact with you also. Keep up the good work.

I totally understand the panic and sadness of existential fear hits me a lot and I completely agree that routine, daily physical activity like yoga for example and meditation seriously helps. I too am a bit flighty naturally and so this definitely grounds me without suffocation and I totally recommend yoga to all my friends with YWA. Keep it going. You are a wonderful person as well. Thank you for sharing your story. I picked up yoga about 7 years ago when I was going through a lot of health issues and Adriene.. I have no idea how I found her but she is what held me in place and kept me going. I had dropped in and out of the community then really came back to her in lockdown. Same as you, I did yoga everyday and it saved me. I'm on day 27 of Breath and I'm going to challenge myself to do yoga every day in 2021. 10/10 tell your friends

The 30 days programme was recommended to me at the beginning of lockdown in March. I have always wanted to get into Yoga. I LOVE Adriene. I am now trying to do a couple of her programmes every week on top of my regular fitness regime.

58 yr young here. I totally agree with everything you said. I'll finish my 30 day and move on with her to the next challenge. I found her 10 min yoga a good way to start for a few times before taking on the 30 day, every single day. Gotta say, you're right- all your previous thoughts melt away and you focus on the moment.

Adrienne provides true daily support for my mind and body during first lockdown! I panicked at first that i couldnt go to the gym and would lose my muscle.. but !since then ...thanks to yoga with adrienne (to start with) i got better sense of my body ...got stronger more defined and also flexible! Although i now practice also wirh other online channels since i got stronger and need stj more demanding :D(thank you Adrienne!) Her videos feel like coming home and getting comfort from.a good friend!

I've been doing Yoga With Adriene for a few years now. It's actually the only constant thing in my life lately. After every ups and downs, I can always go back on the mat with Adriene, it gives me comfort somehow.

I cant stick to any other form of exercise. I know yoga isnt the only exercise that i need, i also need cardio for my heart and some harder muscle building workouts. But i just can't stick to those at the moment. I hope after I do yoga for 100 days I will love movement so much and feel physicaly and mentally good that I will do other things too and try to get my body goals too like bigger muscles and such. I dont want to stick to only yoga but if thats the only thing i can do rn then be it. Right now i need to get better mentally before I can work on going to the gym lifting weights. Thank you for this video I will start now.

Ive started yoga with Adrian around 2016 with 2 kids ynder 3, with abusive ex husband. Yoga with Adrian was a moment of me, and bit at the time made me stronger and believe in me. Helped me to be strong to go through devorce and come out on other side helthyer person inside and out!

I first started doing yoga through Adrienes videos in the first quarentine back in march of last year i think. Back then i was moving every day, doing workouts, stretching, going on walks... and then throughout the summer i stopped... until now. Here, where i live, we have been in the second quarentine for three months and i lost a lot of motivation, even for everyday things. Im currently doing ywa 30 days challenge 2021 and even tho i am so exusted from everything, i still manage to show up on the mat everyday. Its hard, but with time it will all get easier.

Namaste. I found YWA about a year ago and I absolutely love it! It was my first yoga experience. Meanwhile I ended up taking a yoga teacher training online (in Udemy) and I still practise with Adriene from time to time :-). Currently (jan 2021) I'm doing the "Breathe" series and highly recommend it!

I always go through phases of working out and usually I don’t stick to it after awhile but I’m on 2 weeks w a few days off, it’s very manageable and I always feel so much peace afterwards so I think I’m gonna keep doing yoga after the 30 days she’s the best

I love it so much too. But I have to say... I have been so bad about actually sticking to it. My discipline really needs work. I'm doing her current Breath 30 Day program... and I've gotten through day 7 so far! Woo! One day at a time..

So proud of you! I’m doing her 30 Days of Yoga challenge right now and just completed day 4. I, too, struggle with discipline but Adrienne has been the most helpful! Even this morning, I was running short on time before leaving the house, and I thought, “I’ll do my day 4 yoga later!” But NO. I made myself get on the mat before leaving, and it was so satisfying to complete the video and just prioritize it! I’m hopeful that these good patterns will continue. I hope you can say the same. You can do it! I am on day 19 of breath. For me, getting up 30 mins early and getting it done first thing helps keep me on track :)

I intend to do karate every day, instead I do yoga ... except for some covid days, or when the connection is down. It is so space efficient !

Airy lol I remember when I first started about 17 (omg) years ago. ..I was so disassociated with my physical body. I thought my leg was behind me but it was beside me - I was flailing. Not connect except hate for my body. I took a teacher training for children’s yoga after my first child and then had my second and quit practicing. My relationship of 13 years failed (he is a narcissist).. stripped my life and soul away. Idk why I haven’t gone back. It’s almost as though I want to punish myself instead of doing something that lights up my soul. It was the only thing that kept me sane with my ex- he was a runner and not flexible so it was the one thing he never tried competing with me with - he did say “what are you trying to be fucking enlightened”? Ugh… I just bought a liforme mat and I’m excited to get back in this journey and back to me. I haven’t been the same and the last decade has been nothing but traumatic. Thank you for this video

I was previously a yoga at the gym person, and was really missing it so started the 30 day challenge last week. While it's been nice, I really miss my hour long sessions. Also it isn't enough exercise for me, as my job working from home is so sedentary. I go for walks in the morning sometimes but I'm on the lookout for more.(no jumping, apartment safe)
