Is the seat not sitting properly...how it doesn't stay down...is that and issue with the hinges.....mine also does the same....

ours does sit a little off the bowl but it is fine when you sit or close the lid. suspect it’s the type of seat and the BioBidet attachment keeps it up a bit about the thickness of the plastic. they have a new model this year we are trying which includes the seat.

is it leaking at a connection or is it not stopping. if the later make sure the switch is in the center. leaking connection you may want to verify the gaskets are seating correctly. their support is good too so you may want to give them a call.

Use Teflon tape too 👍
