This is a awesome Lego set and it would go really nice with the other cargo Lego sets that were produced in the the 1980s and 1990s

Nice set! Also, very cool container design with openable doors. I recently got set 7939 (cargo train) and was very disappointed by the fact what containers in this set not only completely empty, but don't have openable doors at all. Yes, there are removoble panels instead, but actual doors would be so much nicer!

You are talking about a set of 2010 I see, I don't know sets after 2000 in detail and don't collect them 🙂 7823 Container Crane Depot is also a great set with the same type of containers and doors. I will make a video about that set in the future. Thank you for watching.

@henrysvintagetoys can't wait too see it! I'm more builder then collector, so in mass my sets much more recent. Still, i like older sets a lot, they had something what nowadays sets don't have, have more soul, more character.

Thank you for this video. This really helps. I am seeking Lego 6430 and 6440. They have lights and sound on them and are great fun!

Nice video! 😊 Grow up building these old Lego sets. Miss my old Legos... Most of them got lost...😢 My first Lego is an passenger Aircraft. Dont know what model it was... The engines are on the tail section... w/2 mini figs... A pilot and a passenger. Got that when i was 5 years old. 😅

Cool story! Maybe you mean set 6368: Jet Airliner from 1985. Thank you for watching.

A really nice box and instructions, I had fun piecing this one together last year. I got reproduction stickers, I went for the "points to both ends" as it then fits with the containers I have for my 12v train (7823 Container Crane, with the box).

Cool. and normal you have to put the stickers in de middle, but then they are stuck over 2 panels.... not ideal... Thank you for watching!

I got my first yellow wheel inserts from LEGO 6530 Sport Coupe Vintage 1990 Classic City Car. I think they can be fitted with big 80s tires also.

You use a time machine to get these sets, right? 😜
@henrysvintagetoys22 күн бұрын
Yes. The time machine of back to the future exists from 1985 :-) Thanks for watching

They never seem to put the manual on top of the tray, they prefer to put everything inside the tray. The idea is probably to avoid any bulging of the actual box.
@henrysvintagetoys22 күн бұрын
yes that is true. But I show you in the video a way to store them properly. With all my old manuals I try to first to remove the fold a bit by storing the manual for a few months in a cover with weight on it so that the fold is somewhat gone. Then I store it again in the original box as I show in the video. if the manual is not too thick and only 1 page then that is not harmful to the box I think..I am not a fan of folds and certainly not of punchholes :-)
