Hi, thanks again for such a likable, warm, enthusiastic review. I appreciate your comment about having to fiddle with the controls regarding "jerkiness." Another reviewer pointed out how jerky the pan and tilt modes were and he was severely critical of the gimbal. I want the build quality of this gimbal over plastic. It looks as though the company really thought through to an amazing extent the engineering and form factor.

I am absolutely blown away that you managed to put such a big lens on your camera. Maybe the camera is extremely heavy. In my case, with Canon EOS R and 24-105 RF lens, it bumps into the back motor, the same with Sony A7 III and Tamron 28-75. Only lenses working are small primes. Managed to get it working only with Fuji X-T3 / X-T4 with zoom 18-55 or 16-80.

Quick question. I have the DJI Ronin SC.. issue I'm having is if I use anything other than a prime lens. The eyepiece from my Canon hits the back of the gimbal which significantly takes away from the moves that I can do. Pretty much I have to keep my gimbal in the upright position. Do you know or have you tried or have you tested something of that size with something like the Canon 16-35mm?

This is a great review man, and I appreciate all the hard work you did. I do have to say though, your cuts are a little distracting with those audio hiccups in between. Just make sure to edit those out and you should be golden. Best wishes on your future reviews.

Very good camera gimbal,I use it with my sony a6300 and sony a7II,easy to use and gives stable shots.Fits my work needs.ak2000s handles a better payload than the g6 max and it has so many great features,like the "extra" handle for low shots.

I think that's very dependent on which camera you are using. I would recommend trial and error until you find something that works well for your camera and lens combo.

Hello , i bought also the FeiyuTech AK2000S advanced kit and today i installed the gimbal. I like the gimbal very much, but i have a question. I have a panasonic GH5s camaera and i want to connect the gimbal with the camera. But all the cables don't do anything. The gimbal wil not connect with the camera. The camera asked with what it must connect, a PC or a printer. I don't know what tot do. Can you help me. Do you now a solution? Thanks, Eric Holm

My issue is not the weight it's the fact that my camera doesn't fit properly with any lens other than like a 35 mm prime lens. Not knowing that I bought the DJI Ronin SC and I can't use my 16-35mm without the eye piece hitting so NO LOW ANGLE SHOTS!!!

I love feiyutech brand and all models are super and i love G6MAX most but i heard AK2000S improved a lot compared to the old ones. The touch control screen is the most attractive point to me. Good service i have to say.

Thanks for this cool and objective review. Does anybody knows if it can fit Lumix FZ2000/2500 with it big/long lense. The AK2000 could do it well but is already a bit old ... AK2000C is too small, probably AK4500 can do the job but needs great biceps... The good thing, as demonstrated by Graham Houghton in 2 videos, is that all Lumix bridge cameras (although not listed as compatible) work great with Feiyu gimbals. You have to choose Panasonic and download the firmware for GH4. And the whole thing works.

I bought this ak200s but doesn't support the actual Canon 6D Mark II Firmware... I think is such as shame, because the supported firmware is very old...
