When I got mine I had to completely remove and adjust the front and rear brakes so I basically had to become a disk brake repair man while taking the bike out of the box... The front brake was completely bound and the rear was not as bad I thought it was ok but when I rode it it wasn't it was constantly grinding so I had to take it all apart and learn to adjust that one as well... Luckily I worked on car electronics for 7 years so I had a good bit of mechanical knowledge to help me out lol

My was shipped with the front forks welled 20/40 right . Total wreck and gave it away because new fork , labor was over the price of bike .....Thank you for your post

How does the bike fold? How long initally do you first have to charge the battery?

I am having an issue now I bought it in August 2021 and tried to assemble I installed per instructions and charged the battery... I did not ride it because I had to diagnose and solve the breaking issues I live in Boston Massachusetts so over time winter became an issue, (also I had not got on a bike in 20 years so anxiety was an issue lol) anyway I did not ride it untill a month ago when it started to get warmer I have only had it out a hand full of times and I'm having a blast but now I charged it last August and it essentially sat all winter just with some tinkering and cosmetic add-ons, now the battery will not charge all the way up... I don't know if it's the battery gauge on the battery itself? The green lights don't all light green but the gauge on the handle bars show 4 full power LEDs... I'm going to try to contact gotrax but now that it's out of the six month warranty they won't fix anything but I just want my freakin battery to charge all the way if anyone has any ideas please comment back thanks!

Unfortunately the frame is small. Looks like you are biking a kids bike.

That is not a foldable e bike.. what it says on the box is false information.

Is it really that hard to control? I'd be afraid of riding on our local bike/pedestrian path after seeing how much swerving you were doing. Looks dangerous as hell.
