Great video. Two advice:1) west googles and a mask, and 2) start from inside and move outward in the initial phase of spraying the cleaner.

Oh My GOD!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Sorry for Shouting lol! I've been looking for a video like this. I got a 2002 Buick park avenue Ultra that hasn't been running or moved from my driveway since August of 2014 and I am finally going to start working on it and I found Caked on oil all over the bottom of the engine after the intake manifold gasket broke. That got fixed but was told my car also my car also had an oil pan gasket leak and I figured maybe I should clean this engine well from top to bottom and make sure it does have one. Anyways this engine oil is all over my starter too so so your video will definitely help me as a guide to clean her up before taking it to a shop if I can't fix it my self. Thank you! 😁🙇‍♂️🙏

tubejim101 Yeah it works really well! I wish I made a video of the original when I did the underside of the engine bay on the white car. It was amazing stuff! I am happy you found the video helpful! Thanks for the positive comment!

The oil I get, but this cleaner is biodegradable and environmentally safe so it shouldn't be a worry.

Would this stuff stain my driveway? I just put a brand new driveway in with stamped concrete.

Not sure about the cleaner. But any oil that comes off your car when cleaning would.

Did you fix your leak first or should you degrease it first do you can verify the leaks sources? Which belt cracking are you referring to? What about brake cleaner spray? Which one would be better? I also have an oil leak. In the diagnostic phase right now

Clean all the oil off first. Depending on the amount it leaks, drive it for a couple days to a couple weeks. And see if you can fine where it's coming from. They also sell dye you can put in your oil and a black light with special glasses to notice it much easier also.

@@BEERSnGEARS tyvm actually I did that all on my own for the top of the engine (vbg) however alot of oily mess was sent lower maybe and build up. May look worse than it is. I'll try to do this for the bottom. I'm hoping to keep my car a long time do I'll try it

So I have a foaming sprayer but I can’t figure out the dilution ratio with water to make it foam that thick. Has anyone figured it out?

Jeffrey Mac Since I was using it on the engine I used it straight. But depending on what you're using it for, dilute it appropriately.

(2:27) Don't be ashamed of the FRAM oil filter the you purchased and installed on your car. FRAM oil filters MEET or EXCEED OEM 'and' American Petroleum Institute (API) engine oil filtration minimum standards. Don't be intimidated by the WIX, K&N, Amsoil, Bosch, etc... marketing nonsense.

Perhaps you weren't paying attention, but there's already stains. Also, it has an oil leak, so again... Already staining. Besides that, oil and degreaser doesn't mix so if you rinse it before it dries, it won't leave stains. You came here for a reason, so maybe you haven't done it, but I have done it many times. Also, if you spill oil when doing an oil change, soak as much of it as you can with cat litter, sweep it up. Then spray degreaser and rinse. If done quickly staining will be minimal.
