Love these versus videos. I enjoy my Blade 100 V9 also, but sometimes a tad too powerful (but that is just my poor timing/ technique/ footwork).

Thank you for the video! I've always been a Pro Staff user, starting with the Pro Staff 95 6.1 Classic when I began playing tennis. But now, at 36 years old, I play very little tennis, just once a week, and my current Pro Staff 97 v14 is starting to feel heavy on my arm and causing discomfort. Would you recommend switching to the Blade 16x19? 98 or 100? Or is there another brand or model you could recommend?

In same situation with tnhe same rackets. Switched over to the Blade v8 last year which was great on the arm, but played OK... Now hoping the Blade v9 100 provides some more spin/pace like the Pro Staff

Speed mp is much more powerful than the Percept !

Very similar rackets, but the Speed MP would be the option for players looking for a bit more power, and the Percept 100 would be better for players looking for a bit more control. 🎾

If you aren't closed to Yonex, I'd recommend you give the Percept 100 a try. It should give you a tad more power than those 2 and it's a racket that you can grow with - it wouldn't become obsolete in a couple of months/a year-ish.

Seeking perfect racket for me...just tried the pure strike and mostly liked it. Tried the Blade 98 and was good but haven't tried the 100. Any help for choosing between blade 98 and 100 also considering, Pure Strike, Percept 97 (or 97D)? Been playing over 30 years and looking for a comfortable, stable (heavy/not too heavy), control w/ enough power, more head light somewhat spin friendly racket (too much to ask for?). Top choices right now Percept 97 or 97D, Pure Strike 100 16x19, Blade 98, but based on your review thinking Blade 100 might be a good choice.

I’m switching over from my ezone98 to this babolat pure strike 100 , the control is so incredible. And the drop of power is totally worth it

I'm curious about a comparison between Ezone 98 and Blade 100. Just because they both have a mix of power and control. And a lot of people say Ez98 feels like a 100. Another thing I want to point out is that Restring Sync needs some time to settle in. For me it plays badly for 1-2 hours then it's great. Have you considered that?

@@massimobertini915 I didnt in the end, I stuck with the ezone 98. I dont think I will change to be honest because the weight distribution will be different and it wont be as wippy so I suggest wait for the new ezone 98 when it comes out in 2025. I did try the blade 98 v8 though but you really have to generate your own power a lot. So ezone 98 is the best :)

Yeh love the Vcore 100, such a good all round frame. I’d say it produces more spin and power than the Blade 100. The Blade wins out on control and feel!

Test light 100s....blade 100l , head mpl ,yonex 100l, babolat 100 lights...... not everyone can use 300+ rackets.....test 100s in 275- 285 gram range
