Beautiful view. I bit it is so easy to doze off at night, sitting on that balcony. I'd like to hear how you got into timeshare, and how that transitioned into full time vacationing. I am guessing you started by maxing your time off, or until you could start working remotely.

I fell asleep on the living couch a couple of nights because of the ocean sounds. I got started with Westin for Maui/Kauai and Hilton for Oahu/Big island. Wanted great vacations(2weeks a year). I travelled for work and realized I would have to pay a lot if I had to pay for travel. So, I added more points and flexibility. Worldmark is about $100/night for a one bedroom, Hilton is $110 for a one bedroom off peak. Marriott is $200+ for a one bedroom. This is way below a hotel and I have greater points with the lower cost Hawaii locations by Worldmark/hilton. I am starting a new career as a real estate agent in California. This should allow me to travel for four months during the low season of October thru February.

I am just about caught up with all the points backed up from the pandemic so my career timing works.

@@timesharetraveler That makes sense, you can't beat the discount at Worldmark and Hilton, when done right. A real estate agent in California, that sounds like a nice new adventure. I'm guessing you will be staying in Southern California timeshares, when active? And hey, you could even become a timeshare salesman, as a Plan B!
