I'm the opposite of this, I find a product that I like and I stick to it and use it till it's done and then buy another one 😆 I have one shampoo, one conditioner, one mousse, one curl cream, one spray conditioner, and that's it - I get stressed out if I have too many options!

I’ve always been this way. I switched shampoos when one bottle was out tho. So I had a little variety for my hair. I used a spray heat protectant. Nothing else. Now I have 5 shampoos, 15 conditioners/masks, 2 mousses.. & 500 creams & gels. And I do not know what I even like. I have a wash day I don’t like & start over

God i I wish. This will be me when I find my go to’s. I need more so I can have my protein moisture balance, since every wash day is never the same. Same with seasons 😭 so at least like 3 of each styler for me 😂

I would LOVE to see a haircut video.. so we could see a before and during and after and how they cut it. Me personally, I struggle with telling hairdressers what I want because I want something suitable for my curls but I also enjoy straightening my hair once in a blue.
@whatwendylikes3 жыл бұрын
I found that the Aveda nutriplenish leave in conditioner spray is nice as a refresh spray. I like to use the Olaplex No 7 bonding oil when I straighten my hair, because it is heat protectant up to 450 degrees.
@t1m5133 жыл бұрын
im pretty sure that only applies to blow-drying, when using a flat iron its best to use a flat-iron specific heat protectant and then the oil is great as a last step for ur style

I’d been wondering about the 5 in 1 spray, so glad to hear it’s good I’m always keen to take a chance on cheaper products. Agreed the Briogeo creme has been a game changer for my hair that likes just one protein product in the lineup at a time. It’s the perfect amount to give me definition without the dryness.

I have the exact same hair texture as you do, and I also refrain from using oil on my hair. I just started using the Olaplex Bond oil because I got a free sample of it in a box subscription. It’s really quite nice; here’s a suggestion from Manes by Mel: use no more than 3 drops for your entire head. Use it on days when you have a very hard cast or you need to calm your hair down a bit (like, if you go outside and it gets frizzy). I love the Hask Refresh Spray but I can’t stand the smell! It’s such a good product , though. I did use a bit too much once and boy, did it make my hair greasy! I really would love to get you to try Curlsmith products (they have amazing gels) also I would love you to try something called Controlled Chaos (the cream), it was on the US Shark Tank made by two women and since you have the same hair texture I do, I think you’ll love it. I keep coming back to it again and again and use it to fix bad hair days from other creams. I use a gel with it; they say you don’t need it but it was summer here when I first started using it and it’s definitely necessary. (You guys move a lot!! ☺️)
