It might not snow in Bkk but it can be mid-80s even early on, also the pollution is consistently in the top 4 or 5 worlwide. But 18k is a great price for that first place especially if you can lock that in long term, especially post construction.

At Waterford had decdnt counter tops but accessing the kicthen drawers will be tough with fridge location. 28th floor the fire company cannot save you.

Yes I agree, although most condos just throw treadmill after treadmill at their gyms.

Before i popped up to this video, i was making a research in this site... for my taste those 20K baht condos are kinda boring, just doesn't suit my taste. But when u start at 25K or more u see more decent looking condos.
