In my opinion, this jacket should be 1 or 2 sizes smaller to fit you properly. The cleaning results are good. My jacket is very similar to yours, but instead of black and white its black and blue. Its with blue, because my first R6 was blue, but now i got the RJ15 and its Red and i didnt want to buy a new jacket just to match, so i took a black permanent marker(like the ones for the white boards) and painted all the blue pieces with it. The result seems good enough, but will see how it will hold up in the future, so far seems ok.

I've been mapping and riding every backstreet, cool road and empty lot I can find on google maps. I'm far away from people and I LOVE it! In fact I'm on a break now having water and a snack before I head back out! I found a cool half built suburb with freshly paved roads, and it's a closed system with a barrier out front. Then front has a wall, so I can turn in and no one can see or hear me from the road while I ride and develop my own little time track for my 125 urban babymoto! I found a really nice road that runs along a beach to a private aquatic life study place, so no one goes there and it's a few miles long. Perfect for cruiser riding. I also found a really cool industrial complex where I've been racing my 50cc scooter. Google maps has been a godsend! I heartily recommend people try it out! Just scroll around your area, look for interesting roads or places to go and just try all of the back streets and little shortcuts you can safely manage! You'll find some really cool stuff eventually. I promise!

A really simple treatment for leather is beeswax and mineral oil. I make leather holsters and it works great. Just microwave it gently and add oil a few times until you get a consistency you like. I recommend a thicker paste that you need to buff into the leather. There are better options but not many easier or more convenient. Grab a cheap beeswax candle or some raw beeswax off Amazon, and grab some mineral oil from a pharmacy or grocery. In a pinch you can even use olive oil or something, but it could get rancid eventually. The mineral oil blend will keep forever pretty much. Just wipe your gear with a baby wipe, rub a bit of the paste into the spot you just cleaned, and buff it. Done. Easy. Hope this helps.

Horse hair application brush Leather saddle soap to clean the leather A lint free or micro fibro cloth Leave 24 hrs to dry fully Then apply a thin layer of leather conditioner cream There go job done
@rekgrupp23904 жыл бұрын
I would like to recommend Bile soap. Its excellent for this type of restoration. 60% less than the motul bottle and does an amazing job cleaning your leather + hard parts. Dont forget to grease that leather afterwards.
@cedricksamaniego91464 жыл бұрын
Fuck, you're definitely right🖒 about greasing it down after.. Thanks for looking out💕

What grease would you recommend?
@rekgrupp23904 жыл бұрын
@@calvinteh3297 Ordinary leather oil/grease. Smear it on with a microfiber cloth. Let the leather hang for an hour or as i like to, let it hang over night and then wipe the remains of with a clean microfiber cloth. Feels like new after :)

yes. it was satisfying for me. i hit the like button. thank you. but i am still not that bored to clean my leather jacket right now. i will have to find that motul leather cleaner first. in the meantime, my jacket is still hanging off of my chair. i am considering using my helmet cleaner foam to clean the interior now, as it went thru two succeeding dry-cleaning steps, that old smell is still present. thanks for the idea :) cheers mate!

Hahaha😅😥 My neighborhood so quiet but not missing the wannabes racers that flies down my block across the street from an elementary school setting off some car alarms🔊. Wondering if that is involved with the car break-ins in my area? Back to the product comment! Good product review, I wish I could test it out right now but funds are tight and lots of late bills that needs to be paid first. @13thNemesis4 жыл бұрын
Your leather jacket is too big for you! It will not supply ample protection on the impact zones.. Please get the right size! (I am a Dainese Store Manager, so yoou could say I know what I'm talking about :D ) You probably fit into a long sized jacket 48-50. Please get proper guidance.. Your leather jacket has to be as tight as possible, since it will stretch out with use and become molded to your body.
@ChaosCauses4 жыл бұрын
Lol so I've been told. Do you take trade ins? Jackets are pricey!
@cedricksamaniego91464 жыл бұрын
Dainese isn't one of the common affordable brands in the market but it fits my body type spot on 95% of the time🖒 I do consider this brand to others but I suggest that you come in first to try them on before purchasing. I wish I could ride with other brands but my body type isn't as common as I'd like
