Great video.I use to do twist on my hair and when it comes to twist my hair out it's really a fight.You use water on your hair to help you with the detangling process,but my hair does not tolerate water.They just shrink automatically and no tool (neither the comb nor the brush) can pass through.

Your hair is so beautiful and healthy. I cut out my relaxer 8 months ago and have been trying to learn how to care for natural hair again. I get twist outs every 4 weeks from my hairdresser, but always have an issue with it being tangled and dry. It was helpful to see how you used water and oil to refresh it for the weeks you could not do anything with it. What do you do when you have taken the twist out? Do you retwist? I am looking for any advice you have. My hair always gets dry and tangled by the time I go to the hairdresser.

I just saw the Felicia brush for 100$ . I have/ had the steamer. I bought for 65 and it lasted about 8 months the stopped. Why are we spendi g so much and letting manufacturers rob us cause we have natural hair. It's insane the money. I quit. I wet my hair every morning and mist it at night and use a little moisturizing 2 a wk and leave it alone in a wrap or whatever looks decent. The thing is to pay attention and if it's dry crunchy moisten it with water but stop giving your money away y'all.

I definitely understand how that can be frustrating, but I have had my QRedew for awhile now and it still works, one time I used it and I thought it was broken as well but all I need to do was use the little bottle that it comes with to add water directly to the machine, once I did that it worked perfectly. Also you I believe you do get a 1 year warranty on it, so I would definitely contact them for help with that. I think whatever anyone wants to spend money on, its up to them, yes things are an investment but if you feel that it is worth it then go ahead, if not then don't. also the Felicia brush is less than $16, I purchased mines from her website and I didn't spend $100.

I agree people can buy what they want but it's my opinion that you tube is one big commercial that has black people targeted to spend. I know the brush is not that much it's been sold out for a while due to the hype. It was just someone trying to take advantage. Trust I will get when it becomes available. This is all just opinion. And I think there is a plus side and down side to that. But we as consumers must really seek out what's in really beneficial for us and what's not. If I don't use that brush, then I will use a wide tooth comb, a plastic pick, or the wet brush detangkeing comb

the wet brush detangling comb, I only use on wet hair. the wide tooth comb and plastic pick I can use it on wet or dry hair.

It the manual it says you can leave it in there, but I pour it out, just in case it leaks. But a good reference for how long you should use it for your hair during the use, is once you fill it up, then use it on your hair until it is completely empty, I don't refill after that. It's usually lasts for 10 to 15 mins
