How does the laser will perform with cracked glass? It seems it pass true the glass to reach the paint and the glue, but with cracks does it going to reflect the light from the laser?

Hi , how long does it take to remove the glass cover from a iPhone X... also what is some parts of the plastic are chipped away. Can this damage the phone from the Inside ?.. also has it got 2 setting 1 for the glass cover removal and 1 for the glue removal ? And finally Any more full videos on how to set up etc ?

It would depend on how well the back glass was glued to the phone body. If you used the proper glue and made sure to cover the perimeter of the glass then it should be fine. Not sure how much I would trust a phone tech to be able to reliably accomplish a water tight seal tho

You should've done the repair with an actual broken back glass, because taking one whole glass off the back is not real...

In face, taking the whole glass off is more difficult, and takes more time than with a broken back glass. So we shoose the slightly cracked one. 😂

How do they manage to remove the back glass without damaging the camera lens cover? IIRC the camera cover actually sits over the glass, so you'd have to remove the camera cover when you remove the glass. Was it laser cut or something?
