That is so beautiful to see a father and daughter working together and changing people's lives in a beautiful way.

There’s a lot of love here between this father and his daughter. Out of love & a teaching moment came this beautiful new method for living a happier life. The support he gave her & by believing in her, he helped her write & publish a book to share this new strategy they came up with. This is cognitive behavioral therapy in action. It’s a simplified way to bring awareness & change into the lives of children and adults every where. Thank you guys so much for sharing your love & your story with all of us ❤️.

Thanks Joe. I am so proud that she, a 10 year old with anxiety got up in front of an audience at all. And then to kill it like she did still has me in awe.

I know Tommy, it drives me crazy too! The TED organizers published this on KZbin and it took me 2 months before I even shared it with my family or any friends. I had to just push through and focus on the fact that Eisley did a great job and neither of us are experienced public speakers.

Public speaking is very difficult as it is. Can you imagine how scary it must have been to get up on stage & do a TED talk, knowing it’s going to be recorded & broadcast to the entire world? That’s a lot of pressure. As humans, our mouths get dry when we’re nervous & when we speak for long periods of time. Please don’t make fun of others for their struggles. It’s bad form.
