WILL PUTIN turn down any peace treaty that keeps Kherson in Ukrainian control? (I question that as Trump has made it very clear Ukraine will be losing immensely more than Russia. (Maybe let Ukraine keep areas of Kursk tbey still control seeing as DPRK Troops are even worse "meat" for the assaults For oeace , Putin will have to abandon parts of tbe annexation of lands not in their hands , tbey just claim tbe areas as parts of areas tbey hold. He probably won't but that's basically the only thing he wint get from a deal and as soon as tbe Army is rebuilt, Russia will go right back in and take Kyiv. How stupid is western Europe. Friendly fire is so common, at least with the Russian air defenses, that maybe they thought they were honoring a tradition. More seriously, I understand some of the Russian soldiers were incredibly pissed off when they found out the North Koreans were receiving rations with canned dog meat, some of which the Russians may have sampled because they can't read Korean. This led directly to multiple brawls, at least one of which ended up in a friendly fire incident.

Much as I respect the AFU, let’s not oversell what they’re facing. Yes, North Korea has one of the largest armies in the world by numbers of men under arms, but A.) 99% of that army is not involved in Ukraine. B.) NK combat doctrine is over half a century out of date; it’s like trying to storm a WWI trench line with muzzle loaders. And C.) through bad tactics & corruption, the Russians have ground down their own forces to nearly ineffectual levels. Using the ‘Zap Brannigan’ school of war fighting is something only done by unskilled buffoons. It *can* work but is horrendously inefficient and wasteful.

Perhaps he thought this would net him some credits with Putin that he could cash in as technology upgrades and assistance. But if he thought this would get his armies valuable experience in real world combat, there may not be any N Korean troops left alive to bring home the lessons. I suppose the chicken shit Leadership that went to Russia might survive. But I am skeptical that any leaders that didn't actually participate in the failed operations will be able to provide any insight. I personally don't think that they lost them they know exactly where they are and I really hope that they appreciate all the help that we've been giving them and they don't use them on us

This is less a fault of the Norx than the Russians themselves. Putin's criminal negligence of Wagner Group was bad enough but, to do this to a so-called ally is worse. Russia just threw these Norx into the meat grinder with little to no training or situational awareness.

i think kim purposely sent the worst he had, knowing they would only serve as ammo sponges for putin - the should blast do you want food, shelter and to watch porn, walk in a single file without weapons this way. born in nk only to die in a horrific way you dont understand... what a fate

If ever there was a situation which required being able to think quickly and independently for yourself for your very survival, being on the front line in Ukraine is it,and if ever there was a nation whose citizens are completely unable to think quickly and independently for themselves it’s North Korea. Sending these guys into battle makes even less sense than sending me and I’m absolutely shit at war, like seriously, seriously bad at it. I honestly wouldn’t know where to start.

I initially thought the toys were just trolling... But I suppose a split second delay as a soldier tried to make sense of what is on the drone can be militarily significant after enough sorties.

Drone toys are disorienting for the NorKies? This is so ridiculous that I wonder if it’s propaganda or such. Are they just truly that stupid?

THAT'S why there were plushies stuck on the ends of drones? THAT'S both sick and hilarious... Imagine how effective they would be if they stuck plushies on facing _forward_ instead of backward.

Yet the North Koreans (more commonly known as DPRK) took an outlying forest as where Russian soldiers haven't made any progress in Kursk in quite some time now. North Korean forests are not dense in winter and the terrain is a mix of flat open rice fields and rocky mountains, actually. Keep in mind that most work DPRK soldiers do is farming or other manual labor.. and it's almost all manual. Even the trucks they use sometimes usually burn wood as fuel. The only source of protein they get are insects they find and eat themselves. It is no exaggeration. However, their special forces are very adept and fed better. They are about 200K in numbers and typically prefer to die than be captured. I have direct experience with this, in Korea. We came across two of them who had crossed over the DMZ one time. One stayed behind to cover while the other left for a nearby forest. We fired blanks because we were only on a training mission. He fired back breaking small tree branches next to us. Eventually, a Korean police man shot him... then South Korean (ROKA =) snuck through the rice and capture him. He tried to fight until the end. The other guy hid in that forest for two weeks before he came out and fired on a ROKA patrol causing them to retire fire, killing him.

Personally, I think drones would be more effective in Korea. The biggest problem is that there are so many places to hide between and under rocks. It is an extremely deadly environment to have to clear... with no way other than infantry in close quarters combat. In the rice fields, they tend to hunch down and travel through ditches. Enemy armored vehicles move through frozen canals with sandbags and grass on top. The population density is much higher than in Ukraine so the "villages" all have tall buildings... DPRK special forces sneak into the south on a regular basis.. in fact, they have to, in order to graduate from their primary training. They crawl through minefields, use scuba gear through rivers (even under ice), climb mountains, and use diving gear and special propellers around the coastlines. And, they use fishing boats that launch semi-submersibles that land on beaches. This is why the beaches get swept by brooms every morning. They say on average, one infiltrator is discovered every other day.

There's one other thing the NK soldiers don't have. They don't have any experience on a real battle field. Ukraine has been fighting since 2014. I M O the NKR military have only ever been posturing and parading in front of their own people ( who also have absolutely no knowledge of the rest of the world). 🌍🌎🌏💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛🌏🌎🌍Slava Ukraini ❣️
