Josh is truly the unsung hero of the chili peppers saga. Showed up and played like a god when they needed him to, and bowed out like a true professional when his time was up. He truly got to live out his rockstar dreams with this band and despite the pressure he must’ve had, he delivered. He *truly* delivered. The dude is an amazing guitarist

Revendo os guitarristas que passaram pela banda, pois john. Arik Marshall, que segurou super bem quando john enloqueceu, e deixou os caras na mão em plena turnê. Ai vem david navarro,autor dessa musica, e esse Cara que teve de aturar as viúvas encoformadas com mais uma saida do gênio problemático. Vi nego dizer que esse cara não tocava nada. Eu sempre respondia. Vá lá fazer melhor que ele. Josh é um exelente guitarrista, e mereceu o posto na banda. Jonh é indiscutível o maior compositor que a banda já teve. Mais o atual jonh está diferente. Totalmente apático no palco. Kieds ainda faz algumas daninhas no palco. Mais flea e chad. Mantém sua usina de grooves lançando fogo pelas paquetas e cordas

Yeah it's becoming more and more a limitation on the band's live performances...Look at Brian Johnson he is 72 and was still energetic two years ago at Reading. As long as their next album is a killer I'm fine with Anthony's downfall, and if I ever have the chance to see them live I guess John Flea and Chad will make up for it

Yeah….he had a sharper, clearer sound and style. John’s style is much more intuitive and loose. To a casual listener (non RHCP fan) Navarro will sound better.

He was great at writing guitar parts. He didn't often write lead parts. He writes rhythm parts. The only real leads he does are solos.

Plural one and Dot Hacker feature his more prominent guitar, and it’s obvious that he’s so much better with rhythm and psychedelic parts as opposed to rock or funk. Even then, he’s still amazing at both. Sick love has my fav solo in all of peppers and that’s due to Josh’s blend of rock and psychedelic music

If you're looking for a good mix, recent shows aren't the place to be. I don't know what happened, but I can't find many since the band started playing again that have an actually good mix. Most of them will do, but they're hardly ever great.
