One of my favorite things about this was that they created a horror movie experience in under 25 minutes. While watching I felt all of the phases and emotions of a typical horror movie, which just seems so impressive!! Keep in mind that we didn't know anything about Hazel or the story they created at the outset- this was so well-crafted and well done that we got an entire plot in just a portion of the runtime of a typical film. I'm so glad they decided to experiment like this! I hope they decide to do more in this style.

It brings tears to my eyes seeing a project like this come to life. The creativity, and passion, and dedication from the entire mythical crew is dumbfounding. Also I love to see the support and recognition from the fans on how truly amazing this is. The fact something like this can exist is a miracle.

This was so extremely cool to watch. The perfect mixture of comedic and genuinely unsettling moments, the editing, the MUSIC. Man if you guys ever venture into this genre again I'm 100% here for it, you pull it off incredibly well. (Also love how the light catches Link's glasses at 18:17 classic found footage horror moment LOVE it)

I know this might not have done as well as you wanted in terms of views but I think it is a wonderful creative and exciting piece of art and I hope you will keep making things that get you excited about your job :)

The bit of Link backing up and a crow hitting the window Is exactly what it's like being home alone and watching horror movies

I watched this unfold on tiktok the night they uploaded it and it was a WILD ride- honestly it was amazing. Great jib boys!! :D

That's so cool. This is literally the only time I ever wished I had a tiktok account, it would have been so fun to watch this as it was happening :D

I remember thinking to myself, “yeah I’m not really into watching them make a song on Tik Tok all night. This was actually brilliant. This was a next level “War of The Worlds” tier horror trolling. And I enjoyed every second of it. Touché boys, touché.

One thing that I noticed is how amazing Link would actually be at being a horror movie antagonist or or otherwise antagonistic character. His duality in being the jumpy, scaredy-cat Link we know, versus his acting as "Harlan Macon" is so amazing to watch. I've rewatched that part so many times because I didn't think it'd be something we'd see from Link acting wise. This whole project is amazing, and I hope you guys pursue more like this.

i love that at 10:58 you can see link sitting on the couch staring off into space and then at 11:07 you can see him again, just sitting there, but this time with the big hat on

Holy crap. I didn't think a horror film made by the two guys I've been watching for years and seen do some of the most hilarious stuff on youtube could creep me out like this.

Man, I loved these videos. Really hope you guys can start them back up, maybe do like one a month or something like that. I enjoyed these so much more than any of the other content (other than the main show, of course) It's honestly very saddening.

I love all subtle changes throughout the video that really captures that unsettling feeling. Link closing the door again that was already closed in the grand tour in the beginning, the girl disappearing from the album cover, even another name added when link is “captured” in the album (Harlan).
