you're not the only one, I do literally everything because my Dad doesn't know how to DIY (well he tries but he's not very good unfortunately haha) so I've had to learn at a young age otherwise nothing will be done! Literally just finished laying a wooden floor in the living room because my mum didn't want to fork out a tonne of money for someone else to do it. Girls can do whatever the hell they want, there are no labels for us.

Yes, there is a right way to put the toilet roll! The first way you did is the right way, in the patent papers of toiletpaper that is the way the inventor drew it in the blueprint. I dont know why he did it that way but he did😄

I have that same cart. When I no longer needed it for food I put it next to my door. I put rain boots in the bottom, umbrellas and stuff for my dog in the middle, and when I came in I put my bag in the top. It worked great and kept all that run out the door type stuff neat and tidy.

Aw sweet Delilah trying to clean the tv and then broke it! Sweet girl. I love seeing you guys go through this process, we went through this two years ago buying an older home with plaster and brick and just needed so many little things done! It wasn’t a gut job, but it was a lot of work and two years later is still a work in progress but that’s the beauty of owning a home I guess!

dear rhiannon, so glad to have another vlog of yours to watch :'-) I saw it pop up yesterday but I knew I needed to save it for this morning when I could really spend the time and enjoy it. I kept checking back over the last week to see when you'd post and the excitement built up! Such a pleasure to hear your random thoughts. Also, ikea in the U.K. Is so cool 🤧 we don't have so many of the things I saw in the US, and also they discontinued the trolleys this summer! I really liked dougs sweater with the three big color blocks 😍 And I agree that a nice lamp would be great for a cozy evening atmosphere + a cute decor piece to add. Maybe one that is curved and hangs over from behind the sofa so you can see your work or your dinner ! I love the simplicity of the ones from pottery barn and restoration hardware. You've probably done this while editing, but some days to speed things up have you thought to use the I & O keys to select highlights you want in the vlog and then dragging into timeline ? It shaves off some time from needing to delete from the timeline I've found. However...I love your long vlogs and wish they'd be as long as possible hehe 🙃 Sending you love and hope you and family are well! x

I have the same spiralizer and it works best without using the top part. You can also cut the carrot shorter so it's easier to twist. I love using it with zucchini

First of all, you should know that there's a documented correct way to place toilet paper onto the holder - which is in the “over” position. Seriously - the 1891 patent for the toilet paper roll literally states that the end of the roll should be hanging off the exterior, so there's that :-)

It's more hygienic to have loo roll over (the way u have it) rather than under, which is why a lot of hospitals/hotels/B&B's etc. have it that way too because it spreads less germs. If the loo roll is under, people tend to touch the wall when using it n if they have dirty nails n fingers then the next person using the loo roll is more susceptible to cross contamination. Yuk! x
