You need to ad an electric motor or an air bag to raise it up and down to lift your trailer so you don't need to mess with your jack.

Will move the hitch further back from the tow vehicle's rear axle..... a poor idea as it will increase instability of whatever is being towed making fish tailing more likely. Dangerous.

Lots of single points of failure with this design. Hinge bolts in shear along with the ball pin. Has the manufacturer done extensive testing, or just put it out on the market for consumers to see how long it holds up with the potential catastrophic results?
