RIAT at Boscombe Down in 1990

VHS video dating from 1990 converted to digital format and, therefore, best viewed on a small screen.
It is interesting to note the much larger variety and volume of aircraft that once graced this popular international event. I recall the theme being the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain but the planned finale of Spitfires and Hurricanes defending the airfield had to be cancelled due to the high wind. There is plenty more to whet the appetite and this is only a snippet!
