This is the very first video of yours I've ever seen, and I am sobbing. I've never had anyone able to explain the science of why I have to realearn my kinetic awareness every 6-7 years. It used to be every 10 I had to relearn where my body parts are, and have a physiologist correct my movements to remap my muscle memory. No one could understand it, let alone explain it. I feel so validated. I'm "unofficially" EDS. My Rhuem is positive I have the markers - subluxations, functional scoliosis, shoulder radiculopathy. I'm already fibro, PsA and Celiac, and the testing would be expensive and painful and not really change my treatment. I need to move to the UK, I guess. 😅 This is the level of PT I need. Thanks for sharing. ❤ It really helped me feel more human, and less (gaslit) crazy.

I cannot believe this video doesn’t have more views! Perfectly explained, well presented and totally beneficial information for the hyper mobile with these issues! Even made me tear up at one point. I have been afraid to move for so long I almost have no memories of moving without pain. Guarded, stiff and locked up is my life 😂 😫. Sleeping has become arduous-I am pretty much semiconscious all night to keep my body position protected so my ribs are not going to shift. If I get into a deep sleep my back/ribs wake me up after 2-4 hrs. I am always fatigued and have back(and body)pain most days. Being relaxed, or having a relaxed body is terrifying. Thank you for a beautiful explanation of what is happening or what has happened to create this guarded way of being. Your explanation is clear and easily understood. I am super fortunate to currently be taking part in a 15 week (virtual) program being led by a PT who is trying to teach us this (pretty much) exact information. I now feel like I better understand what she’s been saying 😅. I am going try your suggestions! Just have to buy and bigger band! Thank you SOOO so much for this! And the post that led me to this video. 🤗 I am going to check for anymore information you might be sharing, video or written! 😊

This should be the top video that comes up for rib subluxation! I have read and researched sooo many different exercises, done PT, chiropractor ect and this video has done more for me then all of them combined. Thank you so much for this.

I would love to know more about the mapping as well! Got 6 ribs subluxed today…I think I made a new EDS subluxation-total-for-the-day record for myself. 🤪 Last day of the monthly cycle when relaxin has just loosened everything over two weeks and the subluxations and pain always seem to increase and peak by this day. I usually just search KZbin for programs and ideas, but this time I decided to look for blogs as well and I was so glad I found your blog today for subluxed ribs! If I could find a solution for the ribs and the SIJs, life could be dramatically improved, and I’ve just started reading about limbic retraining and other neurological retraining programs for MCS and pain, so what perfect timing to find your video and book! I have tried so many different things and even spent the past year going back to school to study posture realignment methods…I know I’m closer to finding what works and I agree that a lot of this is neurological, so hopefully your program will be the next missing piece of these last 3 years of focusing on my health full-time. Sure wish you had an office in the US! Looking forward to learning more from your blog and videos! 🙏🏾

Thanks man, gets with everything else I have learned, I knew I need proprioception and my thorax was messed up from some injuries, dislocations, surgeries. Today I had a subluxation in my back on a false rib doing a romanian deadlift, and I had to find something to help me with this. Exactly I am too tight on that side, coupling like mad, was an inevitability. Exercise and stretching isn't enough I need to reprogram my nervous system, I know that, but there is a lack of expertise on how to explain to do that so, I appreciate your success in developing this knowledge and I hope everything continues to go well for you. I'm ordering the band tonight, getting busy with it. Thanks again

I have had my rib out all week and seen the chiropractor several times. This video and the exercises gave me a few releases along my mind and upper spine and sternum first try. However the rib that’s out along the bottom of sternum is still out of place so it didn’t quite hit the right spot. Are there any other exercises you have for ribs 5-7
