Sounds great as a Low calorie SALAD dressing! I think it goes nicely with different herbs like dill or rosemary

Hi, June! Thakns so much for watching! It tastes like a slightly sweet (from carrots and cauliflower), but savory (because its' veg and seasonings), and umami (especially if you add some miso). It's just sort of one of those indescribable, but delicious, things. :) I'm sure that's not very helpful, but it's the best I can do!!!! ❤✝❤

Looks great, loves the fact you can freeze. Do you just take out let thaw and reheat in microwave?

You can do either. My microwave is broken, so it is currently acting as my spice cabinet...

Okay so, this was the strangest combo I've ever seen (LOL), but I trust you and know it must taste delicious if you say. You said it can be used in a multitude of ways. How in the world did you come up with this combo? Were you initially thinking, uh, let's see - bean soup, bean stew? Cuz like, someone said, they've never seen anything like this. I double that. The sauce got me interested. It looks like a soup; carrots and cauliflower together should come out pretty mild at the onset. Then you added the garlic head - which I love. And the spices. Mustard? What?? That was another odd spice to add. I'd have to try it in a very small batch to see what I think about this recipe. I've never heard of saving and using the cooking bean water. Don't we usually avoid that water because of the umm, well you know, the gassy effects of it??? You are very clever. And hey, I love that you just jump in there and show us new stuff (even if this was in 2018 - it's new to me). Thanks for sharing. You've got a quirky little edge and I love it.

Hi, Kefir! Ha ha, I don't remember. But if you think about it, it all kind of makes sense. Carrots and cauliflower go great together. Garlic goes well with all veg. If you eat carrot dogs, you know mustard is great on them. If you've eaten cauliflower wings, mustard is in most BBQ sauce. So, like that. But I have no idea what I was originally going after or how it all happened! As to bean juice, I don't think it has any effects like that, in the sense that if the beans don't bother you, the bean juice won't, but if the beans do, the juice will. It is so delicious, I never throw it out! You can use it to cook just about anything in!!! I add it to water for rice, bread, it give a lovely mouth-feel to oil-free salad dressings, etc. Thanks so much for watching and for the kind words. Praise God through Jesus Christ for the flexibility of His amazing bounty!!!
