Rich seems like such a kind, thoughtful person. The way he talks about his kids and wife is so lovely. He’s built his life to be able to do what he loves, hang out with his friends and run a successful business. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. I met him a couple of years ago and he could not have been more kind and lovely.

I had only "seen" Rich Froning in the Netflix series and this interview provides a fresh perspective. I especially liked his comments on the benefits of physical activities and teamsports for children.

I remember watching a video where Mat Fraser was training with Rich at his house. Later, Mat said that Rich didn't have any secrets about training and Rich just trains harder than anyone else. Rich is one of those people that you can be on a team with and he will push you to work harder because he pushes himself to outwork other people.
