Rich was honest about everything except his PMMA use. His arms and delts were holding pounds of PMMA by the end, and that was essentially suicide. It’s liquid plastic that gets distributed throughout your entire blood stream, including heart and lungs, then hardens into a rock. It’s amazing he lasted as long as he did with that.

Immortal Technique I'm not disrespecting Rich. I thought his passion was refreshing. I got a few training tips from his videos. He did a great one about cables for biceps. There's a message here. With Dallas, Rich, CT Fletcher. We need to dial back this chasing gains at any cost. Far too many youngsters out there easily influenced. With Dallas, he chased a dream, set up by IFBB, that only truly huge monsters gets you a look in at the Olympia. CT literally saying he'll die before giving up on a set. Some good can come out of this moving forward, perhaps. Chase a good physique, stay natural, work hard for you gains, even if they are tiny. It's more rewarding when you hook it up right. And in the long run you maintain those gains moving forward. No cycles of forwards and backwards. It's natural and safe as long as the form is controlled and measured. I thought Rich recently was actually looking much better a lot leaner.

His legs were basically his winners when he competed and they were bigger than all the other dudes in the competitions he was in. When he stopped competing he took a break from doing legs so often so they'd get smaller so he could actually fit in jeans and stuff, when a muscle gets that size if you want it to stay that I've you just work it less. It's the rule of the thumb for most body builders biceps. He just doesn't want them to be as big as they used to be bit they're still big and strong.

Yea, he's very self conscience about his biceps because when he would compete and he was younger that was how "weak" point. Hence why his biceps are completely filled with synthol and possibly even bicep implants.

it's his genetic strong point, and now that he's not competing there's no reason to max out his leg gains and become unproportional. My chest naturally sticks out and has a nice box shape to it. when i trained chest 3x a week i started to look unproportional. i've went 6 months without training chest at all and my chest still crushes the rest of my body. now i hit chest lightly once a month only to maintain conditioning

so i will be frank!! started watching his videos few years ago and to this date, i still watch it and love it. The whole internet is flooded with people saying he used this and used that in his muscle. But i always thought, he looks way too good to be using external fluids in his muscle. I have seen people look really weird. i am so glad i found this video, it answers my doubts. RIP brother!! gone too soon. i am happy that he was a successful man when he died, he was smart , not stupid. he knew what he was doing, yes i agree thats one of the reason why he is not around but he was open.
