Can I beat last year's time of 26:37? Can I beat my 5k race PB of 24:56? Can I beat my 5k all time PB of 23:57?
It was a fantastic event as always so thanks to all the organisers and volunteers.

@@DeeJay_78 sadly not this year. I'm a little disappointed I didn't enter now but my focus the year has been on the shorter distances. Maybe next year I'll do it again. But I said that last year 🙄

@@abitrich68 there’s always next yr though. Make the leap and enter the ballot now! Assuming you want to do it haha. It ain’t easy. Keep up the good running anyway 🙂

@@DeeJay_78 I did it in 2018, 2019 and 2021. I love the event but getting away from South Shields is awful. That's what puts me off. I did 21 as the finish was on Town Moor. Much better and they should do it that way every year
